re: #1 Ranked Online Poker Courses /// www.BestPokerCoaching.com /// NEW $100k Coaching System

Many students have asked me what i think about the legal changes and how it will affect the poker world:

1) First of all, i don´t know!

I´m not the type to participate in huge speculations. You´ll always find the optimistic camp which will tell you "there will always be many people gambling".

And then there´s the pessimistic crowd who knows the (poker)world will end any day soon.

2) Its about HOW you deal with challenges

One important concept that is equally important in poker and life is the ability to ADAPT! This is the main reason why the human race is the strongest. We were best at adapting.

You, as a poker player want to be able to adapt to a different environment.
This could mean

- moving to a different country where you´re legally *safe*
- improving your games as the competition improves
- working out to enhance your physical fitness

There are lots of things. What separates LONG TERM winners from SHORT TERM luckboxes is that long term winners always find other ways to adapt to new situations.

This is what i teach in poker, but as said, its equally important in life.

3) Having the right mindset

You can sit down, complain in forums, but its not going to change anything. Having a stoic attitude here is key.

- Accept things as they are. This doesn´t mean to be fatalistic, but its pointless to worry about things that did happen. Look forward!

- Do what you can/want to change it, but don´t only talk about it

- Don´t complain, be proactive and adapt

It all sounds realy good, too bad i'm a break-even 50nl player so i can't afford these coaching sessions. Is it possible to get a 100k hand before and a 100k hands after coaching graph from somebody? I know variance is still from great influence but it still would be nice to see

If there was a lack of reply, it was due to me following the Inca-trail in Peru .

John handled everything very well, but just in case, if there we´ve been missing something, here´s the reason (NOT an excuse )

Anyways, back in town!

re: #1 Ranked Online Poker Courses /// www.BestPokerCoaching.com /// NEW $100k Coaching System

Hi, I got a session with Gordon last Monday, and figured I should write a feedback about his coaching after 1 week.

Ok, so I used to be a break-evenish NL50 HU regular. My game was quite solid, but due to massive rake + random spews when I did not know what to do, I could not beat the stake after 1 month of playing and felt very frustrated. And that was when I decided to pay for a coach to fasten my learning process. However, with a miniature bankroll of $1k, I had to be a nit and bumhunted all the coaches I could find, hopefully got a good deal which would worth the money spent.

After getting in touch with Gordon's helper John via email, my first impression is that his service is very professional and well organized. He would send you a long questionnaire to do before the session starts, for don't know what reason because apparently he didn't have time to look through all of them, but they actually made me think a lot about myself, my goals and my own weaknesses. Even though he was hesitant to coach me at first due to large sum of cash I would have to pay (1/4 of my roll), but I was very stubborn and booked a session with him.

During the session, after doing some HH reviews, he quickly pointed out my leaks. But that's not the most important things. He explained to me concepts of poker in a very easy to understand and practical approach. Many of us who watch too many coaching videos would end up mind-fvcking ourselves and over-complicate things. However, Gordon was able to break down poker to me and made me realize that SSNL should be very simple and straightforward.

Just after an one hour session, my poker mindset was redesigned completely (not really but I like big words), and my result improved dramatically. I used to struggle breaking even, waited for the biggest bums to play against, but now I just sit in and 2 table against other regulars comfortably, knowing that I have the knowledge to crush them (not all of them actually, but every single one I have played against so far). Even though I am still a huge non-believer and spew most of the time, I'm now very confident in my pokerability. Well, perhaps there are certain things can't be fixed within 7 days.

Gordon didn't ask me to write him a testimonial, and I know it sucks because more people would learn from him thus making the game harder, but I really think he deserves all the praises ITT. I'll definitely come back for more coaching when my BR allows. And hopefully with this amazingly detailed and passionate review, Gordon would be nice enough to offer me a free coaching session.

Results before and after coaching:

Cliff note:

$250 well spent. Best pokah investment eva.

I am in the process of signing up for coaching. You seem to be the nuts on HU coaching from all other 2+2 coaches. I am a 50nl player, just like kaytee (post above me).

Would you still recommend a cheaper coach to me, like you initiially did with kaytee? Or have you changed your opinion, after seeing his results?

Hey, in Venice atm (BRAG!), its beautiful here! Thus late answers...

On topic,

i do coach Nl50 players in general. There are Nl50 players with a Bankroll of 30.000 USD.And then there are players with a Bankroll of around 20 Buyins.

So my opinion hasn't changed at all actually. Kaytee was extremely persistent and has an extreme attitude (positive). Thats why i went for it.
He didn't know that of course .

You know, i would love to present myself as the miracle solution, but truth to be said, as a coach my job is to teach push people to their best. Getting the best and making people realize their true potential.

What i can't do is, turn somebody without interest and without passion into a winner. I can't do that, and you should be careful of anybody who says they can.

If you are serious in learning HU, i can warmly recommend you the HU Mastermind course. Links are a few posts above, you can also email to bestpokercoach@gmail.com for more information.

To give you a complete answer , i'd have to know more about you. But if you're BR is around 5k, its a no-brainer in my opinion (as you always have the money back guarantee).

Anyways, let me know if this answer helped you or if you want me to go more into detail on something!

- Gordon
