Nyuko,

first of all, teach us how to run good . There seems to be nothing outstanding wrong when looking at your stats. I am not one of those "doctors" who tell you that your PFR could be 0,456 higher. I look at your game, how you play and how you think.

For example, 2 players can have a cbet stat of 70%. But one KNOWS and UNDERSTANDS when to cbet, and the other not. One player wins a lot, the other not. On the surface they seem to be playing similar. But in reality they are worlds apart. That's what is most likely going on in your case.

-----------------------------------------------------

Second, my personal opinion on "free" is that you always get what you pay for. I have made a few free things as well, but they are more of an invitation for the cool things you get when you pay.
You might think i am biased because i happen to be a coach who earns some of his income by coaching other people for money.

If your bankroll is $500, of course you shouldn't buy a course for $700. I think it's most important for you to figure out WHAT exactly you want out of poker.

If you just want it to be a hobby and nothing else, that's a fine choice. Then please don't spend money on high level courses like the ones i offer. Just participate in a forum and simply enjoy playing this awesome game. I have told this many people, because i thought it was best for them.

However if you have high ambitions, you gotta be willing to invest in yourself. There is no way around. You should invest smart, but i am a strong believer in the old saying "there is no such thing as a free lunch" .

After getting lots of requests , i will restart the 497 Euro promotion for Heads Up Mastermind.

It will be limited to 25 courses. So if you're interested, that is a 200 Euro discount (Original price 697 Euro). Take advantage now.

I hope i have answered you via mail or pm already. Perhaps i missed this. sorry in that case.

Anyways, i highly recommend Double Your 6max winrate for this. You don't wanna spend 10 Buyins for one hour of coaching at this stage...

But what if you can get 35+ hours like in the course? I think that's better for you

re: #1 Ranked Online Poker Courses /// www.BestPokerCoaching.com /// NEW $100k Coaching System

Hi, I'm breakeven for about 25k-30k hands in 6 max NL25 and played a small bit of HU. I have watched quite a bit of videos on a couple of sites and read a couple of books (The Poker Mindset and The Blueprint). Now I'm debating with myself if I should go for your 6max or HU course. I'm as you understand not very good at either game forms, and very little experience in HU. But I really admire good HU play(ers) and would like to learn it. And your course seems like the best/fastest way to do it. Also I would look at this like if I don't do well (over a significant amount of hands) after this investment, I'll give up internet poker and just play live poker from time to time.

One of the main cons with going for HU is the starting BR investment. To play HU you should at least start with 30 buyins, right? Maybe even 50? I think I can invest 40 (maybe 50) buyins for NL50, but if I'd start out dropping to like 15 buyins because of variance/bad play I guess I would withdraw them and quit. That would be a huge bummer.

Do you have any advice for my situation?

HI Vidarbusk,

from all that you say i recommend you the HU Mastermind course. Especially since you can still take advantage of our special promotion (only 497 Euro instead of 697).

40 Buy-ins should be enough. There are detailed homework that you can do and try out even at a lower level (for example Ipoker has NL20 as well). So if you want to give it a good shot, that's my best recommendation for you.

Heads Up is the Golden Discipline in Poker. If you learn and understand HU, you're automatically be good at the other disciplines as well.

www.bestpokercoaching.com , then courses, then HU. Let me know if i can help You with anything else!

re: #1 Ranked Online Poker Courses /// www.BestPokerCoaching.com /// NEW $100k Coaching System

I'm thinking about making a little collection of phrases that people use before making big mistakes.

After coaching hundreds of hours, i ALWAYS see the same pattern. When a student starts a sentence with one of those, its 99% a bad play.

It is half humor, but actually very serious as well and intended to help. Probably will make a longer post these days. Anyways, here are my favorite 3:

1) "Usually i don't do this, but ... [followed by a long bull**** reasoning how the most terrible play of the world is justified] "

2) " At this time ... [insert excuse for a universally bad play that supposedly wasn´t that bad in that second it happened] "

3)" I thought that he thinks that ... [insert random levelling bs, how you think that your opponent plays. Of course it didn't work, because our opponents don't think like ourselves] "

Anyways, there are some good things that can come out of this. And its sorta funny if you can see yourself in those.

Xaire noobis (i knew those years of studying Greek would help me one day),

it will help you a lot, no matter which level. However, if you play around NL 10 and depending on your bankroll i'd probably suggest you to go with:

Become a Heads Up Hero

HU Mastermind is definitely the premium product for Heads Up Poker on the internet, but to me it's most important that you make an investment that is smart for your bankroll as well.

If you have a healthy bankroll and/or a good job, you should go for HU Mastermind. Otherwise Become a Heads Up Hero is a very good choice and more affordable.

Let me know if I can help you in any other way!

- Gordon

Is there interest in recorded video reviews? I have made quite a few videos from different students, analyzing their play.

Of course this will only happen with the permission of the students who are in the video.

It can be very helpful, because you can identify many mistakes that you made yourself.

Hehe, well, i'm also talking about videos i have already made. But perhaps we can add others.

Already got many responses via email. So we'll discuss this a bit more and then go from there.
