Re: LeggoPoker Pro: Full Ring Coaching

I just wanted to update everyone on my personal situation.

I've been getting a lot of pms asking me, "Do you still even play?" "Do you still coach, even after black friday?" etc. etc.

I am an American. But I'm still playing. I play on bodog, cake, and carbon (merge network). Since black friday, I have played 212,385 hands of full ring NLHE on those 3 sites. Carbon would be considered my "main site" with cake second (bodog only allows 4 tables max, so I don't play on there often).

I still make videos for leggo poker. And plan on continuing to make videos for them. In fact I just uploaded another video to them a few days ago

My coaching has continued without interruption. And will continue without interruption I have no plans to stop coaching, slow down my coaching, or anything of that sort.

Just wanted to clarify because I got 3 pms today asking pretty much the same question about "do you actually still play?"

If you have skype, that'd probably be the best/easiest way to chat about coaching. My skype is the same as my 2+2 name, RikaKazak.

Re: LeggoPoker Pro: Full Ring Coaching

I just want to say to let everyone know what an excellent coach I think Jared is. I had 3 lessons with him before Black Friday and they were excellent. He is very prepared and does an excellent job in explaining his lessons. He also takes the time to try and understand his students so he knows the best way to help. I have had coaching from a few coaches before but none of them could compete with his knowledge and ability to teach. Finally, one thing that I think is important is that he never made you feel like you were "on the clock". The lessons didn't stop simply because the one hour was over, it was more important for him to know that you understood the concept than the fact that your time was up. I have been a winning reg at 100NL for a long time and would highly recommend him if you are looking for a coach.

Re: LeggoPoker Pro: Full Ring Coaching

I just wanted to let everyone know that for the month of August I've been running a promotion to try and build my "non American" player base (and since it's being going so well, I've decided to include it in my 2+2 ad).

Before black Friday the majority of my students were American. And because of BF, some have quit taking lessons, others have quit poker altogether....in other words, my student base has shrank.

Because of this, to drum up some international students, I'm going to be cutting my price in half So the first lesson is $50, and then it's only $75 per hour after that (no discounts available, $75 is the minimum price).

This special is only available in the month of August, and there is a maximum of 4 lessons total at this price. So sign up quickly before all of my time slots are taken

Hey,

I haven't used this forum as a tool often, but I'm currently a multi-tabling 1/2 reg on stars, who is break-even after the first 210k hands. I'm seeking coaching, however am currently unable to private message.

You can send me a message on skype (I'm RikaKazak on there too). If you don't have skype let me know and I'll ship you my msn email or something (skype is the best way to get ahold me of though).

Re: LeggoPoker Pro: Full Ring Coaching

Just wanted to update everyone on "skype."

For some reason, sometimes skype doesn't send me messages. I just got today a message from someone interested in coaching that was sent on Dec. 29th.

I'm on skype daily, and I'm on 2+2 and leggo daily. So if for some reason I don't respond to a skype message in over 2 days, can you please copy/paste that message and send it via pm on 2+2.

I never just ignore people, that's rude and not my style

Re: LeggoPoker Pro: Full Ring Coaching

Just wanted to say Rika reviewed a video of mine at NL200 and I really liked his feedback. Definitely a solid player and a very nice guy in general I would recommend him as a coach to fullring players. I play NL100 and NL200 and the advice I've gotten has been very solid and you'll get the feeling that he is very experienced as he can break down the situation and clearly explain why one line is better than some other line and for instance where a bluff would be profitable.
