BluffTheSpot - Coaching for profit

Do you want to take your game to the next level?
There is no better way to learn than to get coaching from players that have proven to be consistent winners at the highest stakes.

Why coaching for profit (CFP)?

Whether you are new to poker and have the dream of making it big or you have been playing the game professionally for some time and are looking to increase your winrate, we want to help you achieve your goals.

Coaching for profits allows players from all stakes to receive coaching, without having to invest any money until they've won.
Payment through profit sharing incentivises the coaches to deliver the best possible product, as good results benefit everyone.

Svansa
My name is Sascha and I've been playing poker professionally for over than 5 years now.
Before I turned pro, I was a PGA Golf professional, which gives me a lot of coaching expertise.
You can see me play on Pokerstars under the screen name 'Svansa' and on many other poker sites at stakes, up to NL40k, on a regular basis.
I´ve been a consistent winner over the years.

Last one million hands

RunLikePanda

I am a professional poker player from Austria, living together with mixgrill.
My main game is Limit Hold'em, where I play 10/20 to 200/400.
You can watch me coach Fixed Limit in training videos on Runitonce and Pokerstrategy.com.
Due to a lack of volume in Limit Hold'em, I also play No Limit nowadays.
I play 200NL Zoom up to 2kNL on regular tables, on several networks.
My speciality is learning and applying theoretical concepts, which is reflected in my GTO approach and playing style.
My coaching sessions will mostly be theory oriented.

Testimonials

Marlow15: “I’ve got nothing but praise for coaches I’ve been working with, both Sascha and Mixgrill. Always a pleasure to work it,very knowledgeable, I got constant feedback on any questions I’ve have, during my recent downswing I had a great talk with Svansa, which helped me a lot to get back on track. As for value of the coaching, I think it was worth it. Poker is changing so fast and working with these guys helped me to keep up the pace with very competitive environment and get even better. Even thou I’ve always been studying a lot, I believe I would not make that much progress if it wasn’t for working with them. When I started 1/2 was 90% of my volume, right now I am splitting my action between 3/6 and 5/10. It has it’s price, but I like to think about it as an investment.”

Kafrinius: “All 3 coaches are special in different things( theory , mental , thought process ,exploit fishes etc ) I think it's a big plus for your coaching team cause every different aspect matters a lot for making someone a poker pro and what a better formation to have 3 coaches who SPECIALIZE in this different territories.”

Christian: “Greats guys to work with. They're readily available and willing when you're working on a spot or have questions, and they don't hold anything back in coaching. What I've received from the program not only drastically improved my game but has probably extended my career substantially.”

Maheep:”The coachings are handled very professionally and the coaches even go beyond the stipulated time for coachings if needed which is great because they don’t shy away from adding value. I have learned how to be more disciplined, not only in my game and also in my work ethic and away from the tables work. I love that the coaches don’t just want to show you how to play a certain hand but they want to show you how to form a general game plan and teach you to look at the overall game from a bigger lens which has really helped me. Easily the best coaching advice and help I’ve ever received. “

Re: BluffTheSpot - Coaching for profit

I have been for 10 months in coaching for profit deal and these guys have done so much for me that I decided to write this short review as a sign of gratitude.

I have been involved in poker for a very long time and after few sessions with Mixgrill, Svansa and RunLikePanda , I realized that I was mostly scammed by coaches in the past (and some of them were very expensive and popular) by getting bad advices or by them holding back from giving good advices… Things like that you won’t get from BluffTheSpot and beside them being great poker players and coaches I would also like to add that they are really nice guys, always open for talks, helping out, giving support…

You can expect to get up to date strategy coaching by sick players but don’t expect to get spoon fed. They will not give you premade charts for every situation or magic pill … but they will teach you how to solve problems for yourself. You will always have several options for coaching sessions and it is really up to you what do you prefer/need and it’s always good to ask them for suggestion.

I have aproached several other coaches/groups about coaching for profit deals before I started with this one and I have to say that BluffTheSpot had by far the best deal (very fair for both parties involved) .

(Sorry I am not going to share my personal stuff and neither is more players getting coached by them good for me … but if anyone has any question feel free to pm me )

Thanks guys for changing my entire aproach to poker

Is there no starting rate? You just take players and don't get paid unless/until they win?

There is no starting rate.
But we make sure that people will not just sign up, get free coaching, and quit.

Re: BluffTheSpot - Coaching for profit

I have been working with BLuffTheSpot for a little over 8 months now. Sascha/Svansa has been a tremendous influence in how I play poker now. I believe any amount of just coaching will only get you so much. And the true objective of coaching is to help the student realize that there is so much more out there to be learnt and lay a path for it. BLuffTheSpot achieves just that and fuels you to put in work on your own. I consider myself extremely luck to be a part of this team.

P.S. I think their marketing sucks when you compare it with the kind of talent they have.

Re: BluffTheSpot - Coaching for profit

Just few questions...
How much is the security deposit?
How many hands the students have to play to finish the deal?
How many coaching hours the students get per month? Group coaching or 1 on 1? Or Both?
Winnings is 50/50? Or it depends on winrate of each student?

I think the answers to these questions are very important for anyone thinking about this...

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

right now, there´s no security deposit needed in most cases.
Regarding your other questions, I can only tell you that every deal is individual. We mostly offer coaching per hands and do offer both group coaching and 1on1 coaching.
The lower you play, the more group coaching it will be and once you move up it will turn into more( up to exclusively) 1on1 coaching.
The cut depends on a lot of factors( stakes, winrate, amount of coaching you want/get, etc)
Regarding the length of our deals, we mostly look at mid to longterm deals. We´ve signed deals anywhere from 200k hands up to 1,x mio hands so far

I hope this is satisfactory. I can´t provide you with exact numbers as every deal is unique as stated above.

Thanks for the 40+ applications so far

If you have any further questions, feel free to contact us through our tool or post it in here
