despite several attempts from our side to contact you, as well as nice and direct warnings, you have ignored us. Or in other words, you have broken the terms of the CFP contract and because of that we will have to inactivate your account. Your account is terminated and yes, the security deposit is lost.
There might be many reasons and at BPC we always want to treat you like a friend. Sometimes you deserves this, sometimes not. Maybe CFP simply is not the right type of program for you (seems like!).

Of course if you are interested in joining another CFP program (or give it another try), we can offer a reduced security deposit. But please think twice about it and only consider this option if you really are serious this time.
Just answer to this email which option interests you most and we will help you. Also, keep in mind this is a gift, and it will not last forever. If you wait too long, the offer might not be available anymore.

1. I have had no contact from you, I have received no emails from you regarding this.
2. If anything, I have been trying to contact YOU. I have left a post on the forum asking for help on signing up with affiliates, I have emailed this your support address a number of times asking for assistance and to be frank the help has been minimal. This was after I had been contacting your skype support, which you have no closed.
3. I was still working my way through the homework, as you can see, and I was told there was no time limit on this. I have a very busy schedule, and have been abroad this past week, but as you said there was no time limit, I was going through it as and when I was available.I got up to 408 points and now I can't access the course to continue learning.
Can you please explain why my contract has been terminated? I have provided everything you have requested.
