You say it like it's a bad thing, when in reality it's what every winning player does. If you already understand the value of table selection, it's a good start.

1) too many factors involved to give you a meaningful number, like your winrate, multitabling, average limits... I'm sure you can calculate yourself, just enter your best estimates for your winrate, #tables you play, and stakes. Then increase it by what you hope to achieve, use pessimistic and optimistic figures, play around, you'll get the idea. No point in me making calculations and posting an excel table here..
2) You'll get an idea from calculating 1). Probably up to NL50, though you could make it on NL25 also. For higher limits, you'd have to upgrade to the Crusher, 30k contract.
3) The range of players is very wide in the Micro, some play 4, some play up to 16 I guess. Once more, these sort of averages are hard to estimate, and are fairly meaningless. If we would have 1 who plays 4, and 1 who plays 16, it would look like our average Micro student plays 10 tables, which is not representative.
4) No, you don't. In fast the guy who has the record month for 6-max, €30k, played on a site which doesn't allow HUDs.
5) There are different times to make it possible for everybody to attend some. I'd have to check, but there's something like 3-4 weekly sessions, and more once you get to NL10 and higher. At that point you'd likely have around 12 slots where sessions happen, you'll find the ones that fit.
