re: 7bb/100 winner on Stars NLHE. Regular coaching. Coaching for profits(New!)

Jonirenicus I can not pm. Interested in coaching could you answer the following question please first.

*how many hands did last year total?
*what winrate last year?
*how many hand this year total?
*winrate this year?
*could filter result 4-6 players and 7-10 players?

First page look good but now over two + year old old. have you play 370k hands in 14month?

Total session length on screenshot on first page = 79000minutes = 1300 hours

377k hand mean 300 hands/hour. Are you 4-tabling? Sitting only with big fish?

I not trying insult you. Would like to ask question before I buy. Thank you,

re: 7bb/100 winner on Stars NLHE. Regular coaching. Coaching for profits(New!)

I don't feel insulted and always answer to questions from (potential) students.
However you can find the answer to those questions in my thread where I updated often, even on the previous page I posted my last 200k hands.
Also, my username is public and the results can be easily verified.
I also specified why I don't play as much anymore and on top of that lately I also coach many students so my playing time is limited.

Most of the other coaches are just posting Aliases played on unknown networks, while I play on Stars with known username.

Now if someone still doubts my skills as a player and thinks that maybe I have this winrate because I play against big fish then I don't believe I am the right coach for them.

Im interested in your coaching style. Are you the kind that reviews hand history, fix leak, find exploit and teach as you go, or do you have a structured system like teaching frequencies on flop texture in btn v bb, co v bb, mp v bb, and so on...

You're basically asking if I am an exploitative or GTO player and I would say exploitative.

Got 3 coaching sessions with Sorin so far and so far they've all been very useful and definitely worth their price, definitely recommending him as coach.

re: 7bb/100 winner on Stars NLHE. Regular coaching. Coaching for profits(New!)

I haven't promoted and updated my coaching thread too much because I didn't want to take too many students in the last year.
I wanted to take more time off after the sne grind in the past years but now that I have recharged my batteries I will spend more time coaching and I will also post updates of my students' results regularly.

Before coaching

After coaching

Thomas is a hard worker and very dedicated student. Despite having a fulltime job, a family and is over 30 years old he was able to find time to study poker and play.
He went from slightly losing to a solid winrate.
He's got exactly the attitude I am looking for in a long-term student.

mostly 25nl.
1 hour per week since the specified date in the filter.
Results vary per player of course, depending on his dedication, I will post results of other students with different personalities

Almost the opposite personality than Thomas and was a winner at the games before coaching as well.
Young, no job, tilty, a bit lazy and looking for excuses for everything despite running over ev the whole time :-)
The winrate overall is good at 5.46 bb/100 in ev, however I also posted the graph to see how tilt affected it.
Very talented player but really challenging to work with.
Even though I am not a mental game specialist he did mature a lot in the second part of his graph and those problems rarely happened.

During coaching so far I worked with pretty much all types of personalities so I now got the experience to handle every one of them.

The sample above is for 25nl,50nl and 100nl.
(Previously he was playing 10nl and 25nl)

25nl zoom, he moved up to 50nl this month.
I received zoom related questions and I wanted to post about someone with a relevant sample on zoom and at the same time with a different personality than the 2 players above.

I didn't need to have coaching sessions as often as I did with others because he really is very fast to apply everything discussed and he also plays decent volume.
I would say it takes him 3x less coaching time to apply what I discuss with him than the average student.
And that is not because he is 3x smarter than the average, it's because he actually starts applying right away without questioning the information too much and drops old bad habits almost instantly.

How many sessions of coaching do you recommend to a breakeven 50NL player to get decent results? Let's say he works hard and implements concepts rather quick into his game.

re: 7bb/100 winner on Stars NLHE. Regular coaching. Coaching for profits(New!)

Just took a session from Sorin! He is a genius and everything he taught me in that hour is clearly going to improve my winrate. His logic is completely sound and he backs it up with math. I can't wait to keep working with him. The amount of information he gave me in the session is staggering, so I have a lot of practice and work to do on my own! Thanks so much man. You're awesome!
