You talk a lot about c/r with these weak pairs or air hands in the series. Do you not think that you are really face up here? Like when you had A5s on a 57J rainbow board. You're not going to c/r 55/77/JJ/AJ/KJ here very often so wouldn't it be pretty easy to play vs you when you do this?

Another question, i'm about to buy the series, but I just watched the free video again and I've tried to filter my 100K+ hands for only the hands played in the BB and the SB. I'm @ -10.11BB/100, which is obviously worse than the -8.xxBB/100 shown in the video.

However, the difference ain't that impressive like stated in the posts, and i'm definitely not a great player / struggling @ 100NL & 200NL. Obviously you play @2KNL so players are a lot better, but is it possible my leaks aren't coming from SB & BB specifically, since my winrate in the blinds isn't that terrible overall ?

It's possible that you could be well above average at defending the blinds. It's really hard to say without seeing all of your stats.


Make sure you're not including HU hands in your stats.


Yes, -19.98bb/100 (actual big blinds) = -9.99ptbb/100 = -9.99BB/100 which is a pokertracker abbreviation meaning twice the big blind.

i was just going thro ptr as usual and quick succession of the comments on players picked from popular player rankings aling with the bolded parts just makes it look like spam to me.

Also all three posts were made 17 hrs ago as per PTR. this means you just made them all at the same time.

And if you personally knew these players then there is no need to put (your doom on stars) or your facebook page is there?

anyways I'm halfway through the series and it's good - although maybe because i already knew most of the stuff, all I learned so far (that i didn't already do) is c/ring so many hands that I normally have been c/cing..

that alone might improve my lose-rates in the blinds by a decent margin though, I think

I've refrained from commenting for a very long time... but this is pretty lol. And it makes me a lot more suspicious of some of the "reviews" that people other than me have questioned on here and on your coaching thread. Not your poker skill, or even your coaching talent, mind you. Just the reviews that seem like gimmicks/spam.
