I'm very interested in buying this, how did you find it 'phenomenal'?

How long did it take for you to receive the links etc?

Paypal is Instant, the latest users can confirm this.

Otherwise it can take few hours if John is not online.

IŽll leave the opinion to other people

These videos sound interesting, i'm definitely thinking about buying them, even though, as I posted on your FB wall :
"Well you definitely seem legit but the video lasts 15 min for a concept explained in approx. 2 minutes, not saying it wasn't interesting but, imo, you should give away a little more content. I mean, everyone can pick a spot and explain a (good) strategy for it. It doesn't make anyone a brilliant NL2K player."

And there's still close to no feedback for those videos from any poster with a decent postcount...

This is pretty much what im thinking too, the example video really doesnt give me much idea about what im getting for my money. There was virtually zero meaningful explanation in it and this is what I'm after when buying something like this. If i could see clip with better explanations behind a certain play/concept I be very likely to buy this.

Re: NEW VIDEO SERIES - NLH Coaching - 10bb/100 winner - #1 in overall $ at 10/20NL on PS in 201

I just finished the video series and I thought it was pretty good. Sure there was a few videos that was somewhat basic (like the free sample) but the rest of the material had some really good concepts/strategy/explanations in them I think.

There was quite a few areas in my blind play where I wasn't playing optimally at all so I feel like I learned a lot and ending with a 95 score in the quiz makes me confident some of it stuck and I look forward to see some improvements in my blind win-rates.

If you are considering buying this video series but aren't sure yet my best advice is to compare your own win-rates in the blinds vs Ryans (shown in the free sample).

Ryans win-rate over 260k hands of 600nl and 2000nl are:
Big blind - 19.98bb/100 = 9.99ptbb/100
Small blind - 12.74bb/100 = 6.37ptbb/100

I'd say if you are more than 5-10bb/100 below his win-rates in either small blind or big blind then it should be pretty no brainer and good value for you to buy the series.

The series covers pretty much any situation you can face when in the blinds and Ryan will answer any questions you have so you can even put in some work yourself to ask some tough questions and squeeze out some extra value.

yes 100% of hands and concepts, hero is in the SB or BB.

I think the videos were pretty interesting and learned some stuff tough i don't even play nlhe anymore, only PLO. But i can apply some of the logic in PLO so overall i think it was a good purchase.

Thanks for the feedback guys. I currently have no plans to release any additional free content but I'll keep it in mind.

The series is selling like crazy and more great reviews are pouring in every few days.

Sorry, I've been on vacation.

The main focus is on SB and BB play. There are also "bonus topics" that happen to come up naturally throughout the videos and explanations. For example a detailed discussion is now taking place in the comment forum on my UTG opening range, because it was a detail that I mentioned in one of the videos.

Because someone who happens to be a world-class player can make a certain strategy work, doesn't mean that everyone else can just by learning the general guide lines of the same strategy. This is especially true for the type of game plan the series teach, because it puts you in "tough" spots oop in big pots. Especially if you play in the lower stakes games, you really need to adjust the stuff quite a bit. For example bluff catching 3 streets as a default unless villain is a "super nit" will bust your roll in the lower stakes (unless he meant that 95% of the players there are actually super nits).

I'm pretty sure yourdoom could make quite a few other strategies work and have better winrates from the blinds than 99% of the general poker population.

One thing I missed and hoped it would have was blind vs blind, it's folded to hero on the SB, or SB opens and hero is on the BB, or when it's a limped pot what hands should hero raise from the SB or BB, or when/if to call with suited aces and connectors vs tigher ranges.

As you might've guessed, watching the series made me spew quite a lot, so I have some adjusting to do, and my opinion might change when I try to apply it a bit longer.

Loved it so far. Craising is alot more fun than playing the ck-call guessing game . It took me 1 day to get my passwords.
