Ryans win-rate over 260k hands of 600nl and 2000nl are:
Big blind - 19.98bb/100 = 9.99ptbb/100
Small blind - 12.74bb/100 = 6.37ptbb/100
I'd say if you are more than 5-10bb/100 below his win-rates in either small blind or big blind then it should be pretty no brainer and good value for you to buy the series.

Because someone who happens to be a world-class player can make a certain strategy work, doesn't mean that everyone else can just by learning the general guide lines of the same strategy. This is especially true for the type of game plan the series teach, because it puts you in "tough" spots oop in big pots. Especially if you play in the lower stakes games, you really need to adjust the stuff quite a bit. For example bluff catching 3 streets as a default unless villain is a "super nit" will bust your roll in the lower stakes (unless he meant that 95% of the players there are actually super nits).
I'm pretty sure yourdoom could make quite a few other strategies work and have better winrates from the blinds than 99% of the general poker population.

One thing I missed and hoped it would have was blind vs blind, it's folded to hero on the SB, or SB opens and hero is on the BB, or when it's a limped pot what hands should hero raise from the SB or BB, or when/if to call with suited aces and connectors vs tigher ranges.
As you might've guessed, watching the series made me spew quite a lot, so I have some adjusting to do, and my opinion might change when I try to apply it a bit longer.
