There is a lot of talk in the forums, claiming that PokerStars small-stakes CAP games are not beatable.

Can you actually points some NL25/NL50/NL100 players who utilize your strategy and have a good winrate over a significant sample?
I am really considering buying your course, but that thing is a deal-breaker for me.

Great question!
Answer: 20BB CAP and my 40BB system are two completely different games.
In most 20BB CAP games, a large number of pots are all in preflop for 40BB pots. That's where people are getting crushed on the effective rake.
With my 40BB system, most of the winnings come from chipping up, stealing pots preflop, etc.
In my recent 12.5k hand sample in my OP, I am paying in rake:
With a 26-60BB stack: $0.17086/hand
With a 100-150BB stack: $0.17201/hand
Also in the 2031 hand sample w 41-60BB stacks that I posted, I have been stacked exactly 5 times and have doubled up exactly 10 times.
That’s less than 1% (0.7%) of total hands that I’ve been all in and called for my effective stack.
Looking at my pre-BF PS 20BB CAP results I can see that in 3820 hands (I dabbled) I was stacked for 20BBs 74 times and stacked another player for 20BBs 87 times. (I’m even omitting the hands where an opponent was 19.9BBs or less effective)
So in 20BB CAP I was all in and flipping 4.2% of total hands dealt.
So in this sample, with 20BB CAP on PS, I am
6 times (600%) more often all in and called than playing my 40BB system.
Conclusion: 20BB CAP (especially low stakes) on Pokerstars is a merciless rake-fest, and while I haven’t studied the matter extensively enough to confirm the stats listed in these links, it may very well be close to unbeatable at low stakes.
However, my 40BB system on any site will generate close to and perhaps slightly less rake than a comparable 100BB system.
