Greetings to the Marketplace!

I'm looking to sell action in the No-Limit Omaha Hi/Lo WCOOP-59, the deadline satellite to it and, most notably, $27.5-33 sats, whose full schedule has been published only today. Alas only two $27.5 WCOOP-59 sats ran last week; the former awarded me a seat, which is a good sign, lol.

The package is intended for entertainment and as a pioneer project reshaping the future of share-selling. I'll provide screen video records for the rail, possibly with commented highlight shows.

I played cash PLO20-50 and a bit of PLO8 for over a year and am known in the SSPLO and O8 forums. I've switched focus to playing O8 MTTs only recently, as tonypmm at FTP (OPR) and QnFlake at PS (OPR). (The PS OPR is spoilt by PLO WCOOPs, lol.) Both SNs are also opted into Sharkscope.

The preferable payment option is a player transfer at PS (QnFlake, Russia, no avatar); if you wish to use other options, PM me. Reputable posters don't need to send funds in advance (esp bc tons of refunds may occur; reputability is judged by myself, though ). The final audit will be done on Saturday; those investors whose shares will show net losses will have to send them to me rounded up to the nearest cent, those whose ones will show net winnings will receive them from me also rounded up to the nearest cent (there might be both categories if I mincash in the main bc people may buy different sets of sats, and I might even ask the losing investors to send money directly to the winning ones ).

Pricing and schedule

Each of the tourneys will be sold separately (and may be cancelled liberally, with shares automatically rolled over to the next tourney of the same type and BI, or refunded in cash if it's the last one). Please specify in which one(s) you'd like to buy shares.

Up to 90% of the ME is for sale, in sats the share for sale will be 90% minus the total share already reserved in the ME (incl. those won through sats), depending on the situation.

Winning a seat in a sat will result in its buyers receiving the same % in WCOOP-59 ME which won't be available for cashout unless I cancel the ME, in which case the refunds will be with no markdown - at the rate of $2.15 per 1%.

Bubbling a sat will result in partial ME shares being awarded:

<ME share awarded> = <sat share> * <cash won in sat> / $215.

In case I win concurrent sats on 27th, the shares bought there will be honoured in the order of starting times. The ones won in the first sat will be honoured fully, but the shares bought in the further one(s) might carry over to the ME only partially, shrunk by the same coefficient for all buyers, so that the total share sold in the ME doesn't exceed 90%, and the excess will be refunded in cash at $2.15 per 1%.

Waitlists will follow the leapfrog principle: investors who're too late to secure shares in a sat will have priority in buying in the next one of the same type, and those who've had their chance in the former will be moved to the end of the queue, regardless of whether they've reserved shares in the latter. (As if there will be a waitlist, lol.)

Live betting rules

As said above, this package will allow for live betting, pioneered in the MTT setting by HU4holes aka Restless-Eggs here. In that attempt, share prices changed once in 15 minutes basing on rare stack size updates.

I'll make it even smoother by allowing to buy shares at any time (during periods specified above - before ICM starts mattering) via sending a message in the observer chat (I'll be recording the screen during play to prove such bets) either during a break or after a hand begins but, to make it fairer, before I do the first action in the hand (so I advise to have messages pre-typed).

The share price will be proportional to my stack size at the beginning of the hand (incl. the blind and ante posted). Note that live betting in the first hand is more expensive than pre-reservation because one can take advantage of knowing the first table draw (and betting only if the table is soft).

To qualify, a message should contain a standalone word 'qn' / 'Qn' (my abbrev. SN) plus special standalone code words denoting the percentage you wish to take (be creative in combining them, we don't want the same phrase to be repeated and draw security's attn):

hf = 0.5%
best = 1%
gl = 2%
hi = 4%
boss = 8%
own = 16%
king = 32%
champ = 64%

Percentages denoted by all distinct code words typed will be aggregated, e.g. 'hi Qn, gl gl, own 'em all' will take 4%+2%+16%=22% of the action in the MTT in whose chat it's typed, or all that's left, whichever is smaller.

I won't be telling how many % is left, as I'll be busy playing and it's not so needed anyway. Live bets won't be rolled over to the next tourney anyway. So in case of doubt, request 90% or more, e.g. by typing smth with 'qn', 'king' and 'champ', and you'll get all that's left.

I'll be too busy playing to report bets itt, so I reserve the right to calculate all the bet pricings retroactively (even a bit after the package ends, though normally it will be done after the MTT / day ends).

Referral program

Edit - to mods: delete the section if it violates MP rules, but I won't be discussing 'true' rake-based promos / VIP / rakeback here, lol, it's just for this single package.

You can help me sell out by becoming an affiliate.

If you persuade at least two referrals to buy shares of at least 10% total in a tourney from this package, no matter if live or pre-reserved, listing you as their referrer in their posts itt (only one referrer per person is allowed obv), then the affiliates' discounted rates on live betting will apply to your live bet on the same tourney, up to the total %-age bought by the referrals. The excess % of your bet will be sold at the normal LB rate.

E.g. if you bring three referrals into the $27.5 sat on 25th, who buy 15% total, and then bet 20% on the same sat live at stack size 3000, you'll be charged (15 * $0.265 + 5 * $0.27) * (3000/1500) = $10.65. In the next $27.5 sat, the $0.27 rate will apply to your entire live bet unless you persuade referrals to buy shares in this sat too.

No discounts apply to pre-reserved shares. Advertising cashback publicly or sending spam messages will make you lose the affiliate status, and the normal rates will apply to all your live bets, incl. past ones.

Well, there are six $27.5 sats, not five, but I now doubt I'll play all the six, as family members may be visiting me, interferring with one of the 6:29's. 5% of the whole pack is $36.08. But np, you can add the remaining $1.32 later, even after the main (if I go bust there).

Please note that satellite winnings for investors will be not cash prizes, but shares in the main (as it's usually done). So if I win one of those sats, you (manndl and K_2) will both have 10% in the main, not 5%, without adding any more money; if I win two of them, you'll both have 15% in the main, and so on. (That's why you should buy them one by one after the results of the prev ones are known. But I'll honour your misunderstanding and pay out winnings in the second and further won sats in cash if you want.)

If the main is sold out, I'll refund shares in yet unplayed sats and play them out of stake.

The reason why I added the main separately is that someone might want to buy it directly, without 'qualifying' through sats, e.g. because they think I'm -EV in the sats. Normally, you should try to 'qualify' through the sats first if you think I'll have an edge there. They're 'sats for investors', if you wish (and are skill games for them too, as they may apply different live-betting strategies, like betting when I'm reseated and my second table draw is lucky, etc).

Finally, all this referral thingy is for those who want to get a discount on live bets, which are a bit more expensive; as Manfred chose to confirm the shares in advance, he's got them at the lowest price but no additional discount (other than maybe priority on waitlists if they gather, that's a good idea btw).

Technically, the only tourneys being sold right now are the main, the first $27.5 sat and the first $33 sat.

Further ones can be pre-reserved without sending, though, they will be played if I fail to populate the main with shares. Reserved shares in sats will be treated as confirmed (except that you'll have to send them on Saturday if I go bust everywhere, and if I cash in the main, they'll be deducted from the prize).

How many % will be available in the next sats will depend on the results of these, so don't hurry.

But it's suboptimal to send for the entire pack because if I ship several of the satties, you'll end up with an inflated share of the main, e.g. 5% + 2 * 5% = 15% if I suddenly ship two of them.

5% of both 1st $27.5 sat and the main cost 5 * $0.26 + 5 * $2.04 = $11.50 as above. But if I win this sat, you won't be paid 5% * $215 in cash but will instead have 10% in the main.

Finally, you don't have to send at all until the main ends for me - it's like a postpaid mobile tariff (There might be tons of refunds and sending excessive money back and forth will only eat our transfer limits.) Neither do you have to worry about the cost... j/k.

I'm in a mood good enough to play the $1+R WCOOP-59 satties tonight and tomorrow at 15:29 ET so I'm adding them for sale too. I'll charge for 11 bullets (BI + 9xR + A) at the price of $0.10 per 1% (the nominal value is $10.1 so it's 1% markdown, sorry, I can't offer this lottery cheaper). The same rate will apply to live betting. Sending in advance is again not required, just post here that you wish to reserve, or request a live bet in the obs chat as per OP. If I win a seat, investors will get the same % in the WCOOP-59 main, again non-cashable.

As usual, unused bullets will be refunded at face value, and I reserve the right to buy additional bullets on my own (I normally won't), the shares in the main awarded will then be shrunk, multiplied by the coefficient: <bullets used> / 11.
