i think ur gonna need more posts on here or have ur account for a certain amount of time, usually PM ability is granted pretty quickly

I actually was able to send a PM without a problem when he had 1 post, but maybe that's because I'm a mod? Not sure if you guys are able to or not.

Anyway, confirmed rec'd money and thanks to OP for making it right as we all know that rarely happens!
