I haven't rec'd an email saying my balance will be deposited this week, likely because I disputed the amount, as noted above. Will update again if I hear of something.

Thanks for posting an update. I'm sure that's standard; I also have a black friday withdrawal I disputed for and haven't heard from them yet.

Ben - any updates on this. I haven't followed the FTP saga since I was able to get my cash back, but am guessing you may still be waiting. If you wouldn't mind posting an update I would appreciate it.

I sent a PM to you as well.

Here's how I responded:

Hey, I posted in the thread before but should update it again. I was not paid out in either the first or second waves of remissions because I had a dispute with the balance they gave me(tried to cash a check out day of Black Friday). I have not rec'd any money from DOJ.

I did hear recently that they are releasing another wave that includes accounts with disputes, so at least have reason to be hopeful.

Ben,

Thank you for your email. As explained in your email below, our records indicate that you are disputing the account balance provided to us by Full Tilt Poker. GCG is still working with the Department of Justice to evaluate disputed and new petitions. Currently, we do not have an exact timeline for when these petitions will be paid. However, we expect the first distribution for disputed petitioners to occur before the end of March, 2015.
