Tried to send it back to you now declined. I assume you want the action unbooked unless you tell me otherwise. Unbooked, will try sending again tomorrow.

Ugh. So this is obviously a cluster. I am OK with you playing, but doubt that you will be able to. If you are up for converting this to live events, fine with me as well. Best path is probably just to wait and see what happens.

I thought I could just keep the client up and be able to play tomorrow. I was naive. Got kicked off sometime last night. Obviously in the same boat as everyone else right now and can't get on/play anymore.

I'm considering options right now including traveling out of the country that will allow me to play for the next few weeks. I'll probably be able to do transfers as well so you guys will probably have options from me. I'll post as soon as I get an update/decide what I'm doing.

If you are able to play, somehow, feel free to consider my action still booked, even though that seems unlikely. Things are flexible on my end, if you need to modify your package or like the other poster said, convert it to live event(s), I am okay with that as well.

I thought it over and decided not to play. I don't think it's worth the risks involved and I don't want either me or you guys to get freerolled in case I win something big and they do a review and consider me playing out of the country worth confiscating.

I'll return funds whenever they free up transfers/withdrawls. If the don't allow transfers like Stars is doing, we'll talk about other live transfer options.

Yeah, don't see much else you can do. If you don't mind bumping this thread once in awhile, that would be useful.

Here are the funds I currently am holding for you guys. Please double check to make sure the numbers are right. I'll start getting people their money back as cashouts on Stars are reported to be successful.

Assuming transfers are not reintroduced soon, your options are: Cash in Vegas to you or a proxy(possibly in California in May as well), buying another one of my packages(I plan to put out a few lives tournaments and WSOP stuff in the coming days - it runs into the same problem if we cash though), having it deposited in your bank account, or check mailed to you. I don't have any checks of my own so I would prefer if that was the last option.

You can start letting me know, but if I owe you FTP funds, I'm waiting longer until we know those funds are getting returned to us before I initiate further action.

Stars:
$694 tutuola
$552 Timor
$510 bpk616
$255 martin_malin

FTP:
$2379 charder30
$515 holmfries
$368 vetiver (Doesn't include $200 I owe you for Novasky OnyxCup Shares)
$255 whickerda
$184 Blizzuff
$142 online unknown

Resolved:
$3680 George Lind III (Cash at WSOP)

Are you in Vegas full time? I will definitely be there for at least some time during June, not sure exactly when yet. That would be the most convenient situation I think. My money is on Full Tilt so no rush here, hopefully we'll know more in the next few weeks.

Numbers look right.

I am in no hurry either and understand the FTP stuff needs to be resolved.

I would probably just roll it into a WSOP package.

That way when you win the main, I can retire.

I'm in Vegas most of the year. I will be here for WSOP. Anyone can get money from me then or send a friend to pick it up.

If you're not-American(I know at least 2 people on my list are) and sent me Stars, I'll get someone to send you Stars money(and FTP eventually) and deal with them myself. No one in my inner circle is not-American, so this may take me a couple days.

I'm playing the WSOP-C 10-game tomorrow that was put on my schedule but is not on the steak. You guys do NOT have action. I would have given you guys the option, but I didn't think I could get people to buy it until my friends bought at the last minute. I also didn't want to add anymore headaches to this process. Just wanted everyone to know in case I bink.

If anyone wants WSOP shares, they should let me know soon. I already have people pre-reserving chunks and am about to talk to large backers. Again, your money from these shares is only valid if the money is unfrozen(Stars only at this point). I would be willing to put up a reserve and hold it for awhile if you have FTP money held with me.

Hopefully, I didn't write anything unreasonable up here. Trying hard to get people their money back, but I didn't realize that I could get a non-American friend to send money as a proxy until the last day or so.

I would be willing to put my share towards WSOP, however depending on how big it is, $175 may not be enough for a minimum share. Also, my money is FT money which may or may not be available (I would be willing to bet that it's unfrozen before the WSOP, however that might not be early enough for people selling pieces). Either way, I'd like the option if possible.

I don't think think I'm updating particularly fast. I literally have been spending no time at the computer the last few days - running errands and making day 2s in everything I've been playing.

I've set aside some WSOP shares as reserved for the people who expressed interest.

Ben -

Sent you a PM just to see how things are going. Obviously funds still stuck on FTP, but thought it would be useful to bump this thread in the event that the situation is resolved in the next couple months.

Bumping for FTP/Stars news. This is what I owe people once my FTP gets cashed out. Will update when it's relevant.

I have officially submitted my FTP Remission Claim. I do have a dispute that involves me cashing out on Black Friday and never receiving it. I can't imagine running into problems getting the rest of the balance, but could see it being delayed because of my dispute.

Update again when I get further news or receive the money.
