OP I'm gonna give you my 2 cents, cause you seem to taking the wrong approach, if you're actually looking to get investors. Simply make the OP more clear and explain it better. And when someone asks for you to explain yourself because he thinks the numbers are different from what you posted. Just do it without all the arrogance, unless you want to come off like a total douche.

here il work it out for you:

($11851/8) * 10 = 13,981.25

13981.25/11851 = 1.25

yeh sorry but I deem this as arragont , and he clearly was going to invest after writing this so he just decided to make it harder for me to get investors , and then after I pointed out it was 1.25 mark up decided to argue the wrong point

I did think it wud be obvious to investors , I'm not a regular seller on 2+2 only every now and then , and I just assumed people wud understand what I was offering
