I'd be ok with a r/o agreement.

Everyone has already paid up front for their 350 games.

In the event that we have a losing day (and the ABI for that day was > $11) then I will just reduce the number of games left to be played in the pack; rather than have everyone R/O.

This way, I just have to report and ship everyone at the end of each session.

In the future, I could see myself auditing every 100+ games played instead of every session but at the moment I'm happy to do it everyday in order to build familiarity and confidence in this type of package. It's pretty cool being staked by 14 guys at the same time!

I think this pack is cracking mate and a great sweat - no need to be sending out after each session. im more than happy for you to ship at the end of the pack or even say when you have completed half the games, just do whats easiest for you.

Just another thought on the roll/over question. I've been denied a transfer to someone today by stars and sent a 'nasty' email saying theyve denied it on the basis of

Your transfer has been rejected as we have determined that the funds you are transferring originate from recent transfers received from other players.

Please remember that PokerStars cannot be used as a money transferring service and please also bear in mind that you should only receive funds from other players when you have the intention to use them at tables.

If you wish to stake other players without playing at the tables yourself, then we recommend that you send funds to these players using a money transfer service outside of PokerStars.

rolling over would reduce the number of transactions and possibly avoid 'suspicion' on our accounts? Just a thought. Anyone else having these issues? is it common?

I have never had any issues with transferring money and such....Maybe it's because your account is new? Not sure just a shot in the dark

its an old pokerstars account, but i've done a lot of trading in the last week or so, that's probably flagged it or something.

The bolded part is the problem. Sounds like you aren't actually playing any poker on your account. If that's the case then that's why you've received that email.

Yeah have been. Was actually playing whilst staking, when the email came through lol. To be honest though the amount of staking in and outs made it obvious what it was.

Usually a few hundred FPPs a month on average. Played 10 or so Hyper turbos this morning.

Can now no longer even transfer $10 to my friend, that i tried as a test.

Sounds to me that Stars has noticed you're transferring far more money than you are putting into play at the tables... even if you're logging some volume.

I think that would allow them to make the case that you are primarily using your account to stake other players vs. play yourself.

Just have a follow up email requesting me to agree to terms of service, heavy ****. Here's the important bits for stakers out there....

The following terms and conditions also apply to the real money transfer facility:
1. PokerStars reserves the right to decline any account transfer requests or to overturn any account transfer upon suspicion of breach of any of the terms of this Agreement by the sender or receiver.
2. A sending User agrees that they may only make an account transfer to enable a receiving User to play the Games and not for any other purpose.
3. A receiving User agrees that they may only use the funds from an account transfer to play the Games and not for any other purpose.
4. Users cannot cash out funds directly received from a transfer, (refer to sub-paragraph (c) above); winnings arising from playing the Games using the transferred funds that subsequently contribute to a cash out request will be reviewed in accordance with PokerStars' internal controls, policies and procedures.
