Starting a new thread about this is a last resort! There must be one here somewhere that answers my question but dam if I can find it!

I've been trying to respond to a thread but I need to upload photos in the response. The box opens and ask for a URL, so I assume that I can't upload pics from my computer, is that right?

What do I enter in the URL field; the URL obviously but then what? Followed by the photo title? I've uploaded the photos to a web site and tried everything I can think of in the URL field. It can't be this complicated!

you cannot post pics directly from your computer
upload it to a website such as http://www.imgur.com
copy whatever is under "message boards" and paste it into your post

by this method you don't need to use the URL thing btw. just directly paste it.

you need a file with a common photo extension such as .png, .jpg or .gif. if you ever have trouble, don't use the box. just put an [IMG] tag before the link and a [/IMG] tag after the link.

can anyone provide a link on how to post pics from my mobile (cell phone) - i can post from PC but can't seem to find instructions on how to post pics using 2+2 phone app.

i have samsung gs2

edit; i've got the photobucket app but can't figure out how to get hte image link for my pics and when i try selecting pic from my gallery or snapping a pic it says that the parameters aren't right or something...

Works with imgur. Upload using imgur app ... copied URL ... Then in 2+2 app, reply to topic, open advanced options, image link and paste in the URL of the pic

looks like its broken

Trying again adding IMG tags by hand

Your links are missing the .jpg file extension.
