The Derby City Classic is being held in Indiana and started this past weekend.

For those who never heard of the event, the DCC is a huge pool convention held every year. The whos-who of pool professionals and hustlers gather to gamble and play tournies.

DCC has put up a live stream up in their action room.

Not much action during the day, but in the evening you see some cool negotiations and money being tossed around.

Thanks for the link just jumped in to Ken Jordan vs. Jeanette Lee though I don't know if this is for money or a tournament game...I'd suspect money assuming men and women don't play in the same tournament (complete noob, I really don't know)

Edit - nevermind I see in the chat room they say exactly what they are playing for Race to 9 for 500, Lee one the first race.

btw, John Morra won the first event, Bank Pool. We both hang out at the same pool hall so I get to see him play quite often. He's a pretty good up and coming player, one of the best in Canada atm.

Word is that around 9 or 10pm est, Jason Klatt and Tommy "Shorty" D'Alfonso, are going to be playing either 9 or 10ball, for 5k. Race to 30.

Klatt is Canadas top rated shooter and ranked top 30 in the world. Good friends with Morra

race to 6 for 6k (apparently)
john morra goes up 5-1 then justin mounted the comeback to 5-4. John morra proceeds to run out like 6 balls straight to win the set in the 10th rack. dirty
