Getting some in person professional help does wonders. I was lucky enough that one day while I was practicing on my own, a coach looking to kill some time asked me to play him and it pretty much ended in a free lesson for me. Learned some tactical stuff from him and he converted me from the classic pool stance to the hybrid snooker stance. Best thing to have happened to me in pool so far.
