... has anyone of you tried them out? I love their looks, and an thinking of purchasing a set - only that they are very expensive to get here in Germany. So are they good, is it worth it?

Cheers, ELucius.

i believe in the beginning people thought they were a cheap alternative to aramith balls but made in china. but soon found out they arent as good.

a good set is expensive but can last for almost a lifetime of use.

Hey, I'm a bit confused by your second sentence. Are you saying they arenot that good as Aramith? They're certainly not cheaper.

yes the aramith are better. but i am talking the pro and tournament ones or the Brunswick centennial balls. those three all run well over 200 u.s on the internet on sale.
only buy from reputable sellers as there are counterfeit knockoffs around.

the cyclops would be better than the cheap aramith balls which a dedicated player would not tend to buy.

it looks like about 250 to 300 for a set of those balls. the centennial are the most expensive but if you have a brunswick table i would go for them. i like them the best but they are the same playability as the two other sets but look better and are more traditional.
if you do get a cheaper set for your own reasons then at least order an aramith cue ball the one with the small wavy logo on it. they are about 25 dollars.
