Hope this show doesnt fall under the comedy central curse.
I'm gonna shove a red shell up your ass so far that a turtle head comes out your mouth.

I hope B-Rad becomes a regular cast member.

B-Rad was good in small doses. I enjoyed this one a lot.

This show is really funny but stupid. The stupidity doesn't really bother me all too much but it could get old quickly.

Re: Workaholics (Comedy Central)

They need to get some consistent minor characters involved.

The 3 main guys bantering back and forth gets old kinda quick, but if they sprinkle in like 7-10 minor characters that they can interact with in small doses (more than just Brad and the boss) then I think this show can really take off.

Ratings have been pretty good. Comedy Central has already renewed this for a 2nd season.

Blake Armstrong (the guy with the crazy hair) is a pal of mine that I met through a Groundlings improv class from about 5 or 6 years ago. We were all in our 20's except Blake who was 19, and he was the funniest guy in the class. Not so much in a clever, witty way, but the most naturally, raw talent funny. Glad to see he's having success.

Seems like they are doing this, there's the fat chick in the office, Montez, a few others. It takes a while to build up, but it looks like they are in this process.

No funny stories about Blake, just an incredibly funny dude in class and had some amazing characters.

My parents got divorced when I was two. He's been remarried for about 20 years though. And my stepmom is not really so much a mother to me as one of my best friends in the world. Really, an incredible woman. I got her a Mother's Day card, but he doesn't do anything for her for Mother's Day. It would be totally weird. She doesn't have any kids and likes it that way.

Also, their anniversary is a few days later (this Thursday) so he does it up for her then, sorta. Something funny actually kind of happened with that this year. Don't know if I'm going to share it, though. He has been incredibly generous to me during the Apokerlypse and I've had kind of a change of heart. If it does get the best of me, I'll put it in the stinginess thread, but don't hold your breath.

Re: Workaholics (Comedy Central)

am i the only one who thinks Adam is by far the funniest character? when it started I figured Blake was gonna steal the show, but Adam is definately the funniest of the 3. Ders sucks, but he's the straight man, so I understand it. really good show.

I think Adam's my favorite but Blake is a close second.
