+1. My first thought when I saw the teaser was 'Wow, that's such a cool move by him.'

Re: Wilfred US remake

honestly, i didn't even know he was frodo or whatever when i saw the previews for this show, i just thought it was some random actor and an aussie in a dog suit. wasn't until this thread that i realized he was the ring troll.

"But I just can't put my finger in it"

"I need a doctor, not tech support"

So many good lines. I really like this show.

Re: Wilfred US remake

I just watched the first 2eps back to back and I gotta say I enjoyed them. I'll be keeping up with the show as long as it either stays this funny or gets funnier.

Re: Wilfred US remake

2nd episode was o/a much better than the 1st.

Think it's shaping up to be a good lead in for Louie.

Re: Wilfred US remake

i think wood is fine for the role. of course the dog seems better. he has the super juicy part while wood gets stuck playing straight man.

it's nice that you like these shows (and i like some of them too) but they are all dinky shows that draw **** ratings.

Re: Wilfred US remake

They're small shows cheap to produce/make and cater to a niche market and because they're cheap to make they stay on for those of us that like these smaller shows.

Wasn't this mentioned already?

Re: Wilfred US remake

2nd ep was solid, still not exactly loving it, but I think I can say that it will probably be a show I tune into every week and enjoy.

Re: Wilfred US remake

Really liked this episode. Enjoying this show thoroughly so far. It's not something with the darkness and depth of Louie, for example (even the "Wilfred helps Ryan on his journey of self-discovery and becoming a better person" is a journey that's been done before), but it's been delightful the whole way through.

Re: Wilfred US remake

Pilot was pretty good. 2nd one was so bad I turned it off when Elijah wood was trying to sneak a peak at the chick's penis. So damn bad. I will not be watching again.
