Basically shows that I watched and later showed to my girlfriend, bust most of those I originally watched while airing. One I know for sure is Freaks and Geeks.
Breaking Bad - I rewatched every season up to the new ones when they'd premiere for every season, then an additional rewatch 1 year after the finale. Haven't watched since, but may do that soon.
Cheers - 4 or 5 times. Once live and the rest on syndication.
The Wire and The Sopranos - 3 times each
The West Wing seasons 1-4 - More times then I can count. I'd put on a 4 episode disc when I went to sleep and did that for probably 3 years. Seasons 5-7, probably 3 times.
Breaking Bad
Sopranos
Band of Brothers
The Wire
Friends (This show was massive for its era, don't try and be that too cool guy)
Scrubs
The office UK (many many times) and US
Extras
Curb
Justified
The Shield
and a bit OT, I cant stop watching Shawshank Redemption, and A Few Good Men
Freaks and Geeks (not difficult, since only one season)
Sopranos
Curb Your Enthusiasm
Wire
Bob's Burgers
For sure St. Elsewhere would be on the list if only it was accessible. Such a great show and a crime that only the first season is currently watchable on DVD or streaming.
I could've sworn there were more, but this was all I could come up with. I guess it has a lot to do with so much good TV on the air nowadays, I don't feel as much of a need to recycle old shows.
My all-time favorite Deadwood 2x, the American version of the office 3x+ usually unintentionally but I get roped in at least until ms leaves, up until this season I'd rewatch GOT just to have things fresh in my mind, madmen for the same reason.
Almost forgot breaking bad and Firefly. There are a number of other shows I need to rewatch but there's only so much time in the day. At the top of the list would be the Sopranos and justified.
I binged The West Wing about a season a week via NF discs back in the day. When I was done I was seriously bummed out about it so I said F it and started it again. I've binged TWW and Sopranos 4 or 5 times each, The Wire twice (and it's been a long time, can't wait to watch my new blu rays when I get the time). I started BB from the pilot (same for IASIP) so I never really binged, but I'd always watch the last season before starting a new season. This new blu ray is burning a hole in my pocket as well, it's next after The Wire. I watch my favorite NF sitcoms over and over again (30 Rock, seen every ep at least 5+, Bob's Burgers, same, BoJack, Archer, Better off Ted, American Dad, The Office)

Reason: Oh yeah and Curb, and Scrubs, and how did I forget AD, probably seen each ep 10 times
Arrested Development (like 10x?): Still found new things to laugh at after many rewatches
The Wire 2x: Because, duh, its The Wire
Firefly like 4x: The most beautiful and compelling world ever created for TV IMO (GoT right up there now ofc)
The Office (UK) probably 4-5x as well: Just perfect concise storytelling (and absolutely hilarious too obv)
Rewatched Lost before the final season too but I don't wanna talk about it.
