Watching the talking dead I really think the actors and the fans of this show think they are playing/watching some modern Shakespearean masterpiece.

Seems like the optimal play.

Haven't watched this in a few years. I like this Negan character. He is a guy I can root for. I hope he kills off all of the main characters.

I haven't read the graphic novels but my understanding is that this is exactly what happens during the Negan storyline.

Absolutely disgusting. All that was was torture porn. No merit to it whatsoever. I'm out.

Glenn's best acting in the series. "Hurp durp, Maggie, gargle, gargle" Who knew he had such great comedic chops. Lol Glenn, nice work!

Of course the show makes dumb decisions all the time. That's what brings most of us here. But that's was a big time head-scratcher. What purposes did that serve? They probably thought that it would make Negan the most epic villain TV has ever seen, which of course it won't. Or perhaps they figured by showing TWO deaths instead of one, people will forgive the teases of the past and go back to thinking anyone an die at any time. But of course that won't be the takeaway. If anything, now I expect it to be ages before there's another consequential protagonist death.

It really was just gore for the sake of gore.

Oh, and of course I have to do my obligatory nitting:

1) Negan's teeth are whiter than 98% of American's of today.
2) LOL of the guy taking a Polaroid of one of the bodies. Not quite sure what purpose it serves to do that, let alone how - in the FRIKING ZOMBIE APOCALYPSE - they got their hands on a Polaroid camera AND it still has film.
3) Wouldn't emotional trauma tend to worsen whatever complications Maggie was having? You're ever the fighter though Maggie,a nd we couldn't get in the way of the accent-mangled speech of here.

Guess we'll see what happens with the guy that leaked the script a few days ago.

I've heard that sentiment from others, and while I'm sympathetic to it, this is a zombie show where some horrific things have happened. it's also a pretty bad show, so I don't blame you for giving up on it

I do think if they let Rick cut off Carl's arm it would have been over the top
