For me I can separate this from Breaking Bad so no matter how this turns out it won't effect BB for me but I still think this might be really good. Can't wait!

i haven't watched the trailer and tend to avoid them. more generally, i don't see any way this isn't at least very good, and quite possibly exceptional. i'm surprised to see feelings to the contrary. anyway feel free to quote this back at me in 6 months if i'm wrong.

If I remember correct he wasn't always going to run the show full time. Him signing on full time must mean he likes the direction. Sounds more of a fear of failing not fear of him being unhappy with the product.

Considering everything that had to line up for BrBa to last as long as it did and do what it did and, hell, even being on the air to begin with, it has to be absolutely terrifying to start something new. I have 10000000% faith in Vince. He has yet to even come close to steering me wrong or disappoint me. This show will at the very least be interesting.

I can see it being great, weak, or decent. But I will respect the creators wishes and not pass judgment on it as a series until at least S2. The greatest stuff out there can't be accurately quantified in a few episodes... or even a season.
