3 or 4 good episodes of Homeland this season are going to skew hard toward that show, when there's almost no chance of a satisfying end to this season.

You probably already know what your top 3-4 is, so just put all the rest of the shows you liked in some random order. This is a really hard year to rank.

Its one of things where I start with top 3 or 4, then see someone else's list, then have to change mine again. Happened 4x's already. That's pretty awesome though.

I still have to watch The Missing and Rectify in the next several days, so I'm expecting another catastrophic shake up to happen in my list after that. I think I'm also going to watch Transparent.

The Missing is just so great. Picture equal parts of the best of Top of the Lake and Revenants, but with more easily identifiable characters. It's outstanding and made my list at #3. And Rectify is amazing as usual - no let down from season one at all. I think I had that at #4 or #5.

I'm really struggling to rank this year, but I think I've come to the top 5 (although super tough to rank those 5.) Rectify and Transparent are both in there.

I'm thinking Bojack Horseman and Review seem pretty underrated. Neither had threads and both are in my top 5 comedies of the year.

I agree with Review. That will make my top 10 for sure.

I just watched Transparent over the past few days and it blew me away. Right now it feels like the best show of the year to me but it could be recency bias.

Still thinking about changing it or finishing shows i just stopped on halfway through the seasons (Americans, Mad Men, HoC) but I think Transparent is 1 on my list.

10 GoT (not anywhere near as big a fan as 2p2 in general, but solid season)
9 New Girl
8 The Americans (kinda silly but it's high quality for a guilty pleasure type show)
7 Mad Men
6 Louie
5 You're the Worst (love the theme, the 4 main cast members, and especially the writing)
4 True Detective (slightly overrated, but still pretty GD good)
3 Veep (Same as YtW but even better, for now)
2 Fargo (would have been first many years, even over hannibal s1, but hannibal s2 is just too tough)
1 Hannibal (possibly my favorite season of TV)

B99 seems like it should bump something

I'm decently happy with my list. Could probably tweak the order forever beyond the top two or so but I'm good with it I think.
