Thanks for getting us started once again, VT!

Ok, let's not get too complicated this season. We'll just keep the normal rules, with one change: when someone gets back into the game by winning an EI challenge, that person will be treated as a new player and EVERYONE will get a chance to pick that person, even if they've already picked them once before. I think this is a better idea than letting nobody pick the EI returnee, because there's only 18 people this season instead of 20 and I don't want people to run out of picks too quickly.

Addressing what happens if someone's episode pick gets voted out, then wins an EI challenge and gets back into the game during the same night (slim chance it could happen in 2-hour episode, otherwise I see no chance of it happening), you will NOT be eliminated, but you WILL lose to ability to pick the EI returnee. I still don't think it's quite fair to automatically eliminate someone, when their episode pick is still in the game at the end of the episode, but I do agree there should be some sort of penalty like losing the extra pick.
