So I've watched a few of those 'meet so and so" videos. Nick is cheesy as hell. I wouldn't trust him at all. Anna does seem like she has a clue I'd have to say. Liz is super smart...problem is everyone is going to know that about 2 minutes after meeting her. Neal seems like a interesting guy but didn't really mention anything about the game. Alecia reminds me of Cook islands Parvati....without the potential to become Micronesian parvati.

Even if you're on the brains tribe and thus labelled as such, there's merit to fooling people in the manner of Jim Rice - assuming you're capable of keeping up the act and being likable.

I don't know what the general opinion of Anna is since this is a poker forum, but I found her to be super likable and just really awesome in general. (this was my first exposure to her; I didn't know her previously)

I almost never play poker anymore but still recognize a lot of name from reading stuff but never heard of her. Being on the beauty tribe seems like a good thing for her.

About the Idol twist

I've got a great first impression from this cast.
Usually I have a hard time distinguishing the players after first run through of the videos and often into the first one or two episodes but those cast members feel very diverse and unique and just to be safe with a little bit of eye candy for good measure.

This could be a very random season with lots of irrational play and lot's of comedic gold.
You know Darnell is going to be funny. His projects logic and how that applies to Survivor will be great: "You know I always was like an analytical person ... like I always .. if I didn't like you, I didn't like you, I didn't know what it was but it was a feelin', like, it's something wrong with that person and nine time out of ten I'M RIGHT!"
No lack of confidence there.

Tribe assignment is a bit random, Mr Vietnam on the beauty tribe is a bit of a stretch even for Survivor standards, but who cares as long as it's entertaining.

Listening Tasha interview with Rob is frustrating. Nothing surprising since it was pretty clear to me on the show but I don't understand why she just seems okay with losing.

Both are during the Cagayan season, so if you haven't watched Cagayan yet I wouldn't click.

Based on his meet the cast video I thought Nick's casting was a stunt to get him on the show. Now after reading his articles I think that's more in-line with his personality.

I'm a fan. I think he will be entertaining to watch, but I'm worried he might not go far. He naturally gives off Sash vibes; people won't think he is sincere.

Rooting for him though.

No one was fooled in Cagayan. Except perhaps Kass, who was too unlikeable to take advantage of it.
