Do all sri lankans accents make them sound like toddlers?

What was with the Baylor vote? He got here to vote off the twinnie, but didnt want her blood on his hands?

This isnt jury so blood on hands is irrelevant. He has to have some other motive. Looks really bad ina vacuum and could easily backfire, but I honestly dont know how hard it will be for him to just deny. I mean first vote they dont know handwriting yet.

If he tries to spin this like it wasnt him and commits, could be really cool. Could just be FPS/****ty gameplan though from a super fan again. Big surprise.

He didnt want to be the "swing" vote and percieved as powerful, although it'll still happen because.... he was...

And to add to that, didn't Baylor vote for Twinie and not Dale? Josh is an odd spot now. It is not just that he didn't commit to girls or the guys; he didn't know it actually wasn't girls versus guys. He should have been the guy with the best handle on things at this point.

After Nadiya was voted out I got excited about Jeff inevitably busting out his favorite word of "blindside", but apparently Probst was preoccupied with his own excitement about getting to throw the flint to John Rocker.

Yay! BB is over and Survivor lives! Just a few thoughts.

Mmmmm, Jeremy. Rooting hard for this one.

Not sure why Val didn't make a deal to share her clue with firefighter dad if he agreed to share it with Jeremy when he got back to camp. He seems like the type to keep his word on something like that. I would think it was worth a shot. She doesn't have a good desk side manner (would that be the cop equivalent of bed side manner?), but she's clearly a good picker.

What are the odds Josh survives this eye problem he's having? I think not good. He looks miserable. I doubt he holds up for the long haul.

Rocker and his accompanying hair and boobs are not terribly likable (yes, shocking). I appreciate that he's a competitive beast though.

The twinnies only seem mildlly annoying to me. I'm assuming it's because they were mostly separated?

I'm firmly back on team Alec over team Drew. Not sure why I ever doubted my first impression. It might be because they are both kind of douchey, though Alec clearly less so.

Is it just me, or is firefighter son a bit odd looking?

And trying to throw the ball like a caveman was actually a detriment. Rocker had to cheat off old firefighter for the roping motion. A more appropriate complaint might be, "Rigged! They are having challenges on the season Rocker is on." He's going to be good at physical things. Surely KOS was just trolling us.

Wes looks like someone punched him in the face as a baby and he stayed that way... but I digress.

Ok start to the season, nice twist right off the bat. Besides boobs, the only eye candy is kelley. And that's pushing it.

Still don't have a clue if there's going to be some great players or talks of any all star, but this dynamic (bvw) should deliver. I always wonder who I'd go on a bvw season with...

But that teaser for the upcoming episodes? Oh man!

Once I started watching though (dvr-second shifter here) instant excitement sets in every season.

Love. Love. Love survivor. John Rocker FTW one time? Lol.

Decent first ep:

Surprised when they did the first challenge and Jeremy won that they didn't give him the choice to go to exile instead of his wife - with the person he had already picked to go there. It means two people gone but as soon as they get back to camp they will have insta-alliance and everyone would know it. Having the whole immunity clue thing was just kind of boring.

It still amazes me (but I get it) that they cast any people over 40 at all. They are major targets right away and inevitably get voted off quickly. Dale was saved by his glasses and having Nadiya be really annoying.

A couple of people playing the game WAY too hard right from the start.

I think Rocker will go farther than many people think after that first impression. In fact I'll make the call now that I think he will probably be there post merge. He's going to be a challenge beast so they would be dumb to vote him out quickly.

Good call on the other twin quitting. I can definitely see it happening. Same with Josh if he continues to have eye problems, or if he gets medivaced then it could be his partner.

Baylor's body makes me happy but then her face makes me cringe.

Hahaha nice. Parv is obv great to look at, but she is terrible conducting interviews. She just doesn't have a good sense of flow, and she isn't great at making the players seem interesting. I'd cringe listening to some of her after-shows. Her finale interview of Hayden + Laura ranks as one of the worst; I recall she asked Hayden something about being a republican (a question obviously meant for Laura).

Yeah this seems like a huge mistake. Maybe she did later and they didn't show it? But just being on exile island together they should have set plans to work together come tribe swap/merge. She definitely should have at least approached Wes when she got back to camp. I don't think she will last too long in the game.

Josh 100% should have voted for Nadiya. With Baylor asking him how to vote and Val only being new to the tribe the only person who would have any cause to be mad at him would be Jaclyn.

Jeremy seems to have potential but he needs to take notes from SP Coach's alliance building method. Five people may be enough to have a majority but it will do no good if you alienate people if there is a tribe swap or if you merge at 12.

Is that where they're from? That accent is bizarre. Glad Nadia is out, she was annoying as hell.

What's the necklace thigny Dale stole from the watering hole cover? Seems to be related to / the thing Val was searching for post-clue. It can't be the idol though, as there is typically instructions with them.
