The way I see it the breakdown if Malcolm is serious about the bros is:

1. Malcolm, Reynold, Eddie, Corrine, Michael
2. Phillip, Andrea, Dawn Cochran
Swings: Erik, Brenda, Sherri

Not sure why you think Brenda would go with Phillip and Andrea when they left her on the outs on the original favorites

IMO, she's at the mercy of Andrea. I don't think we've seen her talking to any of the men this season so I doubt she'd go with Malcolm and the bros. I think she knows going with them would give her no chance of making it to the end.

25%. If he's in the wrong alliance he's toast. If he annoys too many people, same thing.

Has there ever been a challenge where a tribe had worse equity than Bikal did in that reward challenge?

Had to be < 1%. I am struggling to think of a more uneven match-up.

How about the one prior where they had to move the giant blocks and then pick them up and stack them, I'm pretty sure if they run that challenge 1000 times with the same tea, Bikal wins maybe one (And thats if one of the blocks falls and crushes three of the other team)

Most of my 10 points will never happen. For example, Probst straight up said sequestering Ponderosa will never happen due to costs. Doesn't hurt to wish though.

I just think it would add some interesting social scrambling if you can't know who will win immunity before you have to try to figure out how to vote. That's also why I suggest every second so that the original dynamic is maintained as well.

I kind of like this too, but not if they know it's coming. Should be a surprise single occurrence at some point post-merge - voting right there at the end of a challenge with no discussion.

I think that the bros alliance has almost zero percent chance of working. Given we have seen no indications that Erik is going to go for this alliance, but instead indications that he won't declaring Reynold a "car salesman", even showing in the last episode Erik asleep while Malcolm discussed changing up the game with him.

This rule is theoretically on the books but goes almost completely unenforced.

Agreed that things would be generally "better" if they enforced it, but I'd imagine it's close to impossible to keep the jurors from talking about this major experience that they just took months out of their lives to go through without creating a separate Ponderosa for each one.

I still don't get why they can't just get them each their own hotel room with room service and not allow them to leave. The way Fairplay described it on your podcast, it sounds like exactly what they did/do pre-game.
