What's wrong with taking the clue? Pretty easy to just point to some random **** at the camp site and say, 'I got you guys this stuff.' Idol clue definitely more valuable.

This only works if none of your tribemates have seen the show before. I can promise you with 110% certainty that Spencer knows for damn sure Garrett had a choice involving an idol (and he knows Garrett didn't "choose" basic stuff like a machete since Spencer knows those things are always provided).

LJ confirmed puzzle master. I am loving this guy as much as I thought I would.

Brains tribe just showed their biggest weakness: they are kind of an awkward bunch. Nobody is really physical except for Garrett. It seemed like he was the only male who had the muscle to pull and push those crates around. At least Beauty has LJ and Jeremiah to beast physical challenges. Brains only has Garrett, as David and Spencer are pretty small and scrawny

Why is Spencer worried about "one of us" (him or Garrett) going home if David plays an idol? Wouldn't David be voting for J'Tia? I feel like we were specifically NOT shown something.

If I were Garrett and felt like I could really trust Spencer, I might have shown the idol to him and try to lock down a long-term ally. I'm usually too trusting though

If you're the brawn tribe, and presuming you believe that an idol was a possible choice for those voted "weakest", it's a great play at the first challenge to reveal this to the other tribes, especially brains, which should increase the chance of gman (the clear strongest player for brains in the challenges) getting voted out.
