I love how Makani is listed as an organic farmer but if you check her Instagram she's a aspiring model it seems. Hundreds of pics of her modeling, not one pic of a garden.

I realize everyone on reality TV is trying to be famous or promote something, but just because they don't instagram their other work doesn't mean they don't do something besides what they are promoting. Just looked at makani's insta... it doesn't even say anything about organic farming in her bio. We (or maybe just I) have been duped.

I know* one former** reality TV star and I remember seeing/her reports about her that were not entirely true or were completely false.
*I say I know her, but really she my mom's best friend's niece - the reality star and my mom's best friend have a closer relationship than most ppl have w/ their aunts.

Why is it a secret who this reality star is?

Because there is going to be one poster who likes her or the show she was on and he/she will rail me with questions - most of which I won't have answers to or the answers I do have will be fuzzy because it was years ago.

No reality star has ever or will ever carry a show more than Cody just did. If he wants to be on the challenge or any other shows on mtv they owe it to him.

If I was a mtv producer and Cody said he wants to be featured on teen mom I'd allow it. Who cares if he doesn't have a kid, isn't a teen and will never be a mom. Just let mr thrive on the show and let him thrive.

What was in Alex's pack on the last journey? He definitely should have made one of Cody or Makani carry it if it was any money unless he is just holding it to help build a 5 foot tall fire if he needs to quit.

The only thing about the journey times that makes me think it could even possibly be real is that they are constantly talking about pace throughout the journeys saying they're behind by X min or whatever. I think its possible that the ipad updates them constantly on what their time should be at certain points and what it actually is.

GinAlex need a tent more than food. Maybe there hasn't been an opportunity because they are protective of it, but steal their tent and burn it.

Apparently there are rules we're not privy to, such as:

Tent stealing or destroying: NOT OK (according to Alex's blog)
boiling-pot stealing: OK
poisoning others' water: OK (Macody not kicked off yet)
burning fake money that represents real community money: OK (deducted on ipad message)
stealing machete: NOT OK?

Obviously rooting for Macody and looking forward to them roided up on The Challenge and Alex/Gina never to be seen again.

Likely to see Alex getting a 15k reward after being told all water is poisoned and all 4 making it to the end with ~100k each.

Also, I'd be disappointed in Cody if he hasn't been banging Makani for a while.

Stealing is obv OK. Makani stole the others tent.

Destroying is ok too if you are in possession of said item.

So like ginalex are trying to steal makodys tent, makody should be putting in some effort to steal ginalex tent.

what I dont understand is how you can steal a tent? Like why not just go lay in there with them since there is obviously space for 2 people?

My thinking is that only 1 person is allowed possession of an item. So if Alonzo grabs the tent it's his to use as he sees fit. He can let it who he wants or disallow others. If he leaves the tent, then someone else gets possession of it. Not sure who gets it if it's Alonzo's tent, he leaves and there are 2 people in it.

Also I'm not sure how it works on receipt of supply box. People never race to be the first one to grab an item.

pretty sure the same ownership rules apply since it was understood who each item was for

obviously its against the rules to just enter and lay down in a tent that someone else is already in. if either tent was left alone then the other team should definitely try to jump in it but no one is leaving their stuff unattended anymore

Who each item was for in the group buy? That's not how it works. All the goods are for everyone. From makani's tent stealing and Alex's blog answer that you can steal an item if unattended.

That still doesn't clear up initial possession from the supply box.

Been to this island too, in Fiji, definitely would be hard to avoid humans the whole time with 10 different camps.

Moving constantly is a real pain, it would stress me out being constantly sleep deprived etc
