Silicon Valley - New HBO Sitcom from Mike Judge - OOTV -- Two Plus Two Poker Forums

HBO's new sitcom about six programmers in Silicon Valley trying to make it big premieres April 6th. Martin Starr is part of the cast which should be a good fit

Trailer looks pretty great, hopefully the show will deliver

Not only is this an interesting concept, but any series with a decent budget has been on fire.

There's really so much good TV now, it's getting to be a problem. Anyway, I genuinely look forward to wasting more of my life with this one!

Am I the only one who doesnt recognise the middle guy from anything? I IMDBed him after the trailer came out and he has done lots of really minor stuff and I guess a few major parts in stuff I havent watched.

Is he any good?

He's done some Collegehumor and various Youtube comedy series sketches. He has a pretty big following considering he hasn't done much of anything, so I think they've been grooming him for awhile.

From watching the behind the scenes stuff I saw, it doesn't really look like a parody, unless the makers of the behind the scenes stuff were just really bad at their job. It kind of seems like it might be a serious show with funny stuff in it.

Kumail's expression on that poster is hilarious. Is he still going to be on Franklin and Bash?

Yeah, there are a lot of reasons I'm excited about this, the strong ties to UCB being one of the main ones. Also, the Silicon Valley tech scene is ripe to be torn to shreds. Think this will be great.

I'm so up for this. Love everything that Mike Judge has done - even Extract.

That poster is awesome.

If you guys haven't seen it yet, make sure to rent/obtain his movie "Idiocracy". While Office Space generally gets the most love, I think that Idiocracy is his funniest and most re-watchable movie.
