Sounds unbelievable because it is unbelievable. It's not true.

Pissed me off a bit, otherwise was not feeling it. But still pumped for the next season.
This annoyed me off as well. Maybe the "Who do we have to blow" line looked worse due to how it was edited.

Regardless, I always felt like Jerry came off as rude to waiters in Season 1.

I don't think the "who do we have to blow" line was rude at all. No one was even near them when she said it.

The show always makes me hungry.

Sarah Silverman is not funny at all. I don't get how someone like Jerry could find her level one observations that funny.

Yeah, I don't get Sarah Silverman. She's connected to a lot of comics I love, is involved in Jash on Youtube which puts out some pretty cool stuff (with Michael Cera, Reggie Watts & Tim and Eric) and I think comes across as really nice and personable, but I rarely find her funny at all and what I've seen of her show looked awful.

comedians always say that if you become one there is probably something wrong with you (emotionally). Maybe finally we will now see jerries problems. He does seem to be really afraid of insulting or not being liked by other people with his constant laughing at nothing. He always seemed so normal.

But i do enjoy it. I dont think i want to be constantly laughing, its enjoyable to watch anyway.

It also is kind of annoying to hang outw ith people who constantly make semi funny jokes. You feel kind of obliged to laugh, or else it feels a bit awkward to constantly give them blank faces.

Picking up on this laugh diarrhoea thing Jerry has. In the Letterman episode, there were a few weird spots where he laughed at the wrong part of Dave's story. One or two times Letterman looked a bit confused by it.

the mel brooks / carl reiner one was good too. I found it interesting when Mel Brooks said how much he respected Louis CK's business sense, and then made a comment that seemed to indicate some hostility between Seinfeld and Louie - anyone have any back story there?

That was an impressive job of parallel parking with a station wagon.

Are you serious?
Thought during the episode that the parking spot was quite wide.
But I guess in America everything is usually even bigger.

I really liked the episode, Dave was awesome!

And Jerry has always laughed at everything, he was on the verge of laughing during every scene in Seinfeld. Not sure why you would get annoyed by it now.

I didn't get the sense that there was hostility between them it just felt like friendly joking to me. But if I'm wrong I'd love to hear a back story on that as well.

What's the deal with the phone call Jerry makes at the beginning asking the guest out for coffee? Are they pretending that is real or is it just a little joke that they know we're in on?

It's a joke imo.
Wasnt he driving Dave's car anyways (this mighta been a joke as well) when making the call?

I've never enjoyed her comedy and rarely find myself laughing. However, there is something about her that I find incredibly attractive so I keep watching.

I, too, find her attractive. Naked, not so much (NSFW, includes fat old women as well).

I wish Jerry would've eaten that jumbo sleeve of french fries with Letterman instead of Gad.

Not a great episode, but I don't think it was Gad's fault. I wonder how Jerry would have reacted if he was on a show in France and they insisted on talking about Jerry's opinion of The American Dream, his favorite brand of cowboy boots, and which is better: Coke or Pepsi!?

Considering this was Gad's first televised appearance in English, he did pretty (pretty...) good.
