The first 4 episodes of s7 are mostly underwhelming.

Ray getting busy with Mike Ermantrauts daughter in law.
Bridget whoring around.Smitty not getting laid.
Sandy might be the funniest character, I like her scenes.

poor limp noodle Terry , I dont know what that story line is about.
Mickey ready to go on the hustle again and Darryl gets sucked in as usual.
Claudette is 62(Sheryl Lee Ralph), no wonder Mickey got Jungle Fever.

Even though this season was weak AF, I would have liked even an abbreviated conclusion to the show.

I got out when rays wife got shot, dis it worth it to follow up? Point of note, I hated all of Ray’s family.

“Ray Donovan” will return to give fans a proper ending after being unceremoniously axed by Showtime, sources have exclusively confirmed.

The Liev Schreiber drama will either come back for a few final episodes or a movie to lay the characters to rest, Page Six can reveal.

Fans were left fuming after Showtime canceled the show a week ago — denying them a proper ending after the Season 7 finale finished with a cliffhanger. Series showrunner David Hollander admitted that he and the show’s creative team had been blindsided.

Schreiber hinted at possible news on Instagram, saying: “It seems like your voices have been heard,” he told fans in message Wednesday evening. “Too soon to say how or when, but with a little luck and your ongoing support, there will be more ‘Ray Donovan.’”

Bump, the movie just came out this week..

I liked it, good ending.

So much green screen though ugh..

But that seems to be the go to filming method over the last few years during covid
