Prison Break returns - OOTV -- Two Plus Two Poker Forums

Not sure if posted already but just came across this.

I personally enjoyed the first couple seasons quite a bit..but later on I think it get ******ed.

Awesome! Besides season 3, this was a great show. I just finished a rewatch a few months ago.

For anyone who hasn't seen the entire series don't read the article. These are my initial thoughts on how they'll handle it:

Loved season 1
Liked both season 2 and 4
Season 3 was unwatchable even tho I did watch it all

Don't understand why its coming back but I'll watch.

I really liked seasons 1 and 2... seasons 3 and 4 were bad. I thought season 4 was worse than season 3.

The movie after season 4 I thought was really good though.

Anyways, happy to see that the show is coming back. Definitely going to watch it.

Season 1 was one of my favorite seasons in any show ever when it aired.

then it obviously went progressively downhill from there.

I'll still give it a shot.

I didn't want 24 to come back but I watched. I don't want X-Files coming back but I'll watch. This I will not watch. I like to try to imagine that it stopped after the first season.

If it's as good as the 24 return, then I'll be pretty happy, though 24 was still a good show when it finished. Prison Break wasn't.

So they're bringing Michael back from the dead as well? I love how nobody actually dies on this show. Sara, Kellerman, the mom. They should just bring back every single dead character for the comedy effect.

Anyway, I will probably watch this even though season 4 was absolute garbage.

Absolutely loved the first two seasons of this. If they just took off with the boat in season 2 instead of creepy chinese moron showing up out of nowhere, this would have been a top tier show.

I don't really care about Michael dying and now being back, when they can go back to the quality of the first two seasons. I'm sure they could find better actors than the two main characters, though.

After the last two seasons, I can't look at Scofields face anymore. It gives me HIV. The first season was awesome. After that it ended up being ****e.

S1 was my favourite of any season on TV. S2 was not bad, S3 was alright....S4 I found kind of boring I haven't finished it yet.

They should just reboot the series with new actors and a new plot. Maybe the plot could be two brothers where one is some special forces guy and the other brother is a screw-up who just got a 20 year prison sentence for drugs. It would also be easy to involve the CIA/Government in later seasons who have a history of being involved with drug dealing.

I used to believe season 1 was one if the greatest seasons of a show but I re-watched it recently for the first time since it originally aired and it is not really that great.

Season 2 seemed better than I remembered but not exactly brilliant.

Season 3 and 4 were just as awful.

Never knew there was a movie.

You may better enjoy watching a fanedit of Season 1 that cuts out the entire conspiracy storyline, and focuses on just the escape.

Lost season 4-6 maybe?

My original plan was to just re-watch season 1 again and stop at episode 21 when they go over the wall. But the weather has been so bad and I am saving my cash as much as possible to buy a house so with not much else to do i decided to keep going.

I loved Scofield in S1. It got a bit worse in S2, and went downhill monstertruck madness from there, didnt even know it existed a movie, and when Scofield and dominic emerged in The Flash as the most stupid unpowered villains I ever seen it sealed things for me, his face now also gives me aids by seeing it as one of the posters above.
