The title Planet Earth is redundant.

It's implicitly and explicitly understood that Earth is indeed a Planet.

If they just called it Planet, that would not be specific enough because there is more than 1 planet.

Is Iguana v. snake a top 10 Attenborough scene?

Don't watch this unless you've seen episode 1.

I don't do drugs anymore, but I really miss smoking weed and watching PE. Episode 1 was excellent, can't wait for more.

I loved the horny sloth. Going for an epic swim, finding a female, getting cock-blocked by the baby, then sitting looking dejected in the tree.

The show has a different script and narrator when broadcast in the US, right? Curious if that version of the Mountains episode contain the explicit references to climate change.

Sigourney Weaver did the first Planet Earth, and Oprah did the Life series. I've no idea if the script changes, or what the plans are for the US release of this season.

Seems mad not to just use Attenborough, but I guess if using a 'celebrity' gets more people interested it's a good thing.

Didn't think that episode was as good as the first (still great though). The cameraman doing the eagle flying has bigger balls than me.
