Love this show so much. Tears in my eyes are "Leslie ****ing Knope". The line to April at the end was great too.

Jay Jacksons delivery of Perd Hapleys lines is always fantastic. Think he's my favourite guest Pawneean, even more that Jean Ralphio.

Apparently the critics who have already seen episode 2 have said it's up there with the shows other classics, really looking forward to it.

Community is in pretty good shape to get a 4th season because NBC is a joke and if they get a 4th season they will have close to 100 episodes which will allow it to get picked up for syndication.

Yeah, for a show where adults don't talk about sex, but instead just talk about making out, all the penis talk just didn't seem to fit.

The thing that bothered me about the whole penis thing is that they have done a pretty careful job of populating the town with both real people and believable idiots, yet we are supposed to believe that pretty much all the men working in government in Pawnee are sexist pigs who would casually send pictures of their penis to a woman with only the slightest provocation.

They don't keep things that realistic. They do keep it realistic for things that really matter to the main plot, but they'll go pretty outlandish for a B-plot. For instance, the whole fourth floor thing is of course completely absurd.

I think maybe some people are missing the point of the penis subplot? Seems a direct reference to the Anthony Weiner scandal from the spring, and was done as sort of a harbinger for Leslie's candidacy. They have this running reminder of what one politician did to ruin his career while Leslie is deciding how to break up with Ben to begin her own political campaign.

Not saying it entirely worked (though I laughed at Joe from sewage's scene) but there seemed an obvious association between the two subplots.
