i'm not saying she is a bad actress. i am saying she is not special. she is good at playing multiple roles in one show. i agree with everyone there. i just don't think that is as hard to do as you guys seem to think it is. it's just one aspect of acting, kind of like comedy or drama or playing a psycho killer or a romantic lead.
if you watch her playing just one character, her performance is nothing special. that is why i am saying she is not special. she is ok, or good even. but not noteworthy or even noticeable.
acting is not so much about being able to play 6 clones in one show. it's about being compelling, making the audience go "whoa". and yes, i get that she is making you go whoa, but my whole point is you are saying whoa because she is being 6 different people, not because her performance of any one of those characters is especially compelling.
i mean time will prove me right, or prove you right. we'll see. i could be wrong. maybe she is special.
