Winston's "Darius Miles" as he shot the paper ball at the trash can during the credits roll made me chuckle. Another solid episode, and of course they nailed the way guys and girls fight.

Ryan has to go. I cringed when she said she loved him. It doesn't work for me. As for Schmidt and the rest of the crew, absolutely killing it. Is it possible for a character as great as Schmidt to peak 4 seasons into such a great show? I'm also disappointed in the screen time CeCe has gotten for the most part recently. Again Ryan's got to go.

I would be very disappointed if they made Nick's gf go away this early. I think she (or rather the couple) has a lot of potential. The writers could probably write some really funny situations with these two. Not saying she should become a regular, but for the season I think it could be worth it.

And yea, Ryan is like bleh.

I wouldn't mind Ryan if he was kept more in the background and was brought in to provide the odd joke. Every time the main storyline focuses on him/Jess it's been super lame.

I've hated Ryan since the beginning. He isn't funny, and seems like a character geared towards the female viewers.

Ryan heavy episode are going to suck, but I see a heap of potential with Schmidt and Nick's business.

Don't forget Zooey's pregnant now so one of 2 things is going to happen:

-She gets knocked up (Either by Ryan, Nick or surrogate for Cece)
-The network tries to hide it and ride it out to a late start next fall

Might be a reason Ryan's sticking around
