Most definitely top 3, but I can't remember what the hell the other 2 are at the moment. Just enjoyable all around.

what's wrong with manny?

Manny is terrible 90% of the time. And it seems like Sofia is laying it ridiculously thick this season even worse than normal.

I don't really get the whole Phil sequence this episode. I mean I do but.. even Mitch should realize that while Phil's jokes are hokey etc they would do just fine MC'ing at an event like that. And Claire sabotaging her husband like that is pretty much grounds for divorce. Of course they're the least realistic couple on the show, including the gay characters of which one is straight IRL.

Yeah Manny is my favorite character on the show.

lol and not in a you're funny way. but i do agree that it was silly for any of the characters to think phil's set wouldn't kill in that environment.

i laughed a lot and enjoyed the ep but the top3/top 5 stuff doesn't make sense to me only because the jay/gloria subplot missed so hard imo. didn't buy it and didn't laugh much (exception being the carlos line quoted above).

A+ to the scenes with the two dunphy girls though.

I liked this episode, but thought there was a lot of "unnecessary contrivance" going on. Like, someone couldn't just tell Cam his junk was hanging out? I don't care how gay, straight, queeny, or dramatic you are, you probably understand that you can't walk around with your **** showing in public.

I assumed the pixelization wasn't implying his junk was hanging out; just that the package was noticeably outlined. And I've seen that a discomforting number of times in public here in L.A.

Manny, Phil and Cam are the stars of the show. the rest are good too, but not nearly as good. Luke sucks.

this episode was good, but the Jay/Gloria storyline was pretty dumb.

you, sir, are not my soulmate. and not just because you are a sir. why no luke love? his voice alone is enough to make me laugh.

he's a horrible actor surrounded by great actors.

What? He has amazing timing and delivery for somebody his age.

Also, +1 to Manny being terrible. Nobody liked the kid in school who acted much older than he was, i don't get why i'm supposed to like an exaggerated version now....

I didn't mean literally hanging out, but "Cam, your junk is outlined so prominently that they would blur it out if we were on TV" would have worked for me.

"I'm leaning towards the park" was one of the greatest bits I've ever seen on TV.
