I gave it up a few weeks back. They ran out of story to tell (granted, this is somewhat the writers' fault as they time-jumped so much). Now that M+J are published, successful, established, the show is now just contriving drama between the characters. I guess if you really love the characters you could hang in there, but I like to have something driving the narrative, and that's just not happening here. Even in S2 it was getting pretty aimless.

Obviously no one seems to care anymore, but show canceled. Thought last season was less annoying and had a couple interesting parts. In the end, reminds me a lot of Prison Break -- four-season show with excellent first season that just fell off a cliff with awful plots.

I liked the last season. Oh well. Ending with them getting married isn't the worst way to go out, it was a milestone they needed to reach eventually.

Without spoilers, is there anything resembling closure at the end of the first season? I just skimmed the thread real fast and saw the consensus about season 1 being awesome and the rest being mostly a letdown. Was wondering if it was worth just watching Season 1 and then dropping it?

Cool, thanks for that. I'll look into it next time I go on a torrenting spree. I was interested in watching it but didn't want to come to some horrible unsolved cliffhanger that I just need to get resolved (ala The Pretender back in the day)
