I gave up after a couple of eps in s5, brief cliffs of what 'happened' this season?

nothing really. seriously! the first ep with the unit was legitimately great, not sure if that ep2 or 3? you may have already seen it. everything else was very bad.

every season there's that big cliffhanger that they draw out. you're convinced you'll see it in ep 2 or 3, but it normally turns up in ep 10. so much on this show is done so badly, but generally i think they milk this aspect well to keep people tuning in. anyway this season's was the mike/snooki/jionni thing. it looked like it would be some grand reveal involving the unit and a brawl in karma, whereas eventually at the start of ep 9 or so the situation just told jionni on the deck and NOTHING WHATSOEVER came of it.

there were many terrible subplots involving a stalker, godawful pranks, a bunny costume, frankly embarrassing vinny/pauly gay ****, WE'RE BRINGING IN NEW ROOMMATES (didn't happen), 'omg i can't lose this job at the shore store, it's such a good gig for me' (please...cut the ****ing ****), etc.

vinny started acting like a little bitch 'oh my god...i'm just so exhausted man.....i'm making bad decisions.....i haven't seen my family in so long' (it had admittedly been a whole 8 weeks since he'd ate his mother's cooking and blown uncle nino). anyway he left, then came back two eps later with a hilarious tattoo of 'LET GO, LET GOD' emblazened across his chest.

the highlight of the season was when they went to the dock to fish and paulie came out with a 'crabs are here!'. that says a lot.

Having every waking moment of your life filmed for a pretty intense nation tv show would be pretty damn stressful for anyone, let alone someone who by the sounds of it has pre-existing anxiety issues. That makes Vinny a lil bitch? Have you been taking empathy lessons from the some of the more scummy people in this show?

Totally agree. It sure is tough to get paid a lot of money to just hang out and party. I'm sure it would be easier to go back to whatever crappy job he had before.

Lol Vinny is awful. Even if you feel like absolute dog ****, you should still stay on the show just to milk this thing imo. Besides, if you watch closely you can see that Vincent is pretty full of himself. Mike on the other hand might be the only reason I watch the show; he cracks me up every time with his behaviour.

That LET GO, LET GOD tattoo is just the most degenerate piece of **** tattoo I've ever seen. Vinnie is so ****ing smug as well, he really thinks he's actually intelligent. I spose he's comparing himself to droolers like his uncle.
