This imo. Like he said that type of environment is terrible for someone who is dealing with anxiety it really can cripple you when it come to social situations like in the show.

I can understand how not leaving because of the money would make sense though.

You have to think at some point they must realize that their job is to get drunk and act like trained monkeys for entertainment. Vinnie has always been a bit more mature than the rest and probably just matured enough to stop enjoying it sooner. He's also not a fame whore so he's mind of stopped fitting in.
