Damn!!!!!! That was up there with the most shocking TV deaths ever. It happened so fast, jesus.
Great episode, but I'm a bit concerned, just because this is not exactly a show that has a lot of well developed characters, and they've now killed off probably the 2nd and 3rd best ones. On the other hand, it adds a whole new level to Frank. There's pretty much nothing he's not capable of doing now.
All I gotta' say is: Characters on Characters on Characters. Holy S***! How can anyone keep them all straight. Through 7 episodes, and it's just about to get really good!

Holy **** I just blasted through all of S2 in one sitting, so much for moderation
What an amazing day. Loved it. Will read opinions and theories when everyone catches up
Edit: Now I don't know what to do, still super excited. Is the BBC original worth watching and is the plot similar? No spoilers further down the story line if so please
The overall theme is the same (scorned politican goes rogue, breaks the fourth wall) other than that it's not that similar although there are plenty of very clear 'nods' to the U.K version in the U.S.
Cool I'll be watching it too. This S2 hooked me so bad it was impossible to stop, S1 I only watched an episode once in a while, maybe not all will like it this much though. Enjoy!
NIT: Major Dad (Raymond Tusk) is in the White House damn near every day in the first few episodes of the season yet Frank did even know they knew each other in season 1.
