I can't believe how dumb/naive the President elect is. You don't try to bring some convoluted legal case against a guy like Dar Adal. You arrange for him to have a heart attack or a deadly car accident or whatever. That's like trying to kill Mike Tyson by beating him to death when you can just walk up behind him and shoot him in the head.

max has about as many outs as dar adal... at least in terms of % chance they die this season

Given everything that is happening at once, Max has to be assumed to be a planted mole. Killing him might be the worst thing they can possibly do.

The President-elect only seems to be able to believe the last person she spoke to so if someone else mentions having Dar killed then he should be a goner.

Needs to take some lessons from Putin.

Not that I recall on camera (Max was not in S4-5 at all), but have to assume Dar at least knows who he is. Probably going to be some gay recruiting couch backstory with Dar coming up.

Season is becoming even more 24-like than usual. Not bad at all once you get past the Franny BS.

Quinn has been turned into such an emotional basket case, though, not feeling good about his chances to make it past this season. Might be another heroic self-sacrifice coming up.
