gg Aayan, at least he got some action before he died.

Quinn's line about "so I guess clothing is optional" made me crack up

It surprised me that terrorist dude was willing to put himself out in the open even knowing a drone was there waiting to kill him. He obviously must have had a lot of confidence that they wouldn't sacrifice Saul in order to kill them all. I wonder irl if that's true or not.

not sure why he would need to even show his face and risk them sacrificing Saul, other than as an FU

Not bad, I liked the episode. I never felt any type of suspense or anything though as I felt everything that was about to happen was pretty obvious, not sure if others felt the same. Still good though.

And maybe he should have brought Saul out of the car with him from the beginning rather than waiting for the second the fire order was coming. I guess he knows exactly how long it would take for them to ID him.

I enjoy the show, even if its predictable or far-fetched. 2 things:

1. I didn't like how confident Carrie was in Pi (aka "little baby terrorist" aka "LBT" aka "No Richard Parker"). Everything we learned about him is how big of a dumbass he is.

2. They stop her from taking the shot. I love Saul and do not want Homeland without him, but its absurd to think they don't pull the trigger there. And lol at only 1 drone.

Is it? I really wonder if this type of situation were to happen in real life, would the USA not even hesitate to kill a top-10 terrorist, if it meant sacrificing someone like a Saul? I'm not saying they wouldn't, only that I have no idea.

What I did think was ridiculous is that Carrie is making this call, and not the POTUS. I mean I know this is an international thing and Carrie is supposed to be in charge, but would a decision this huge really not be made by the president?

I feel like that IRL this would be a snap-fire. Saul is like Bin Laden to the guys who captured him so there is high probability they are gonna torture the **** out of him anyways.

I would have to imagine that they wouldn't think twice about it. What hope is there of his future if you don't? It would basically be a mercy to take him out.

I would imagine that had they known in advance somehow that they had a hostage that it runs up the chain, but when it comes to ops straight-up going after terrorists there's gotta be somebody readily available to make a split-second decision.

Saul got caught by himself, Carrie didn't order him to do anything.

No way they take the shot IRL. They have eyes on and can track them back to their safe house. Yeah roger, they split up but they still have a general area to work off and those other dudes will return home. The military goes through a lot to protect one of their own. Maybe the CIA operates differently but I don't see it happening.

It's also redic that Carrie is even making calls like that when she is obviously mentally stable. She shouldn't even be in country. At most riding a desk on DC. I seriously wish she got kidnapped for real so Quinn would go around killing everyone in Pakistan looking for her.

If Fara isn't a mole then she propels to one of the dumbest characters on the entire show after that last episode. Cardboard comes undone, bag open and spilling out, ALARM GOING OFF. And she doesn't seem to think anything is wrong whatsoever.

Also, another big issue with that episode w.r.t. people being idiots. Are they really not sure which car Haqqani gets in at the end there? I mean they can rewind and look to see if they really didn't follow his car, lol.
