Gotham - Page 8 - OOTV -- Two Plus Two Poker Forums

I rate it as in start watching it asap.

Last episode was good. Not quite as good as the other ones but they did set the bar pretty high so definitely not dissapointed or anything. Looking forward to next episodes

Ive watched all episodes and agree with Kirby that its better than Arrow. Basically just because i think the main character is bad at acting haha

Actually I disagree. I think Stephen Amell is doing a great job of acting. I think the Oliver Queen we get to know on the Island is much different than the one who returns to Starling City. On the Island Amell's voice and physical characteristics are different - he acts this way to portray a younger and less mature self. In Starling city his Arrow character is more menacing and emotionally damaged, and I think he's doing a great job showing us these two characters, and even this season we're sort of seeing a cross between the two when he's off-island.

I remember watching the first two seasons of Arrow thinking Amell was at best a mediocre actor and giving me a whiny crybaby vibe when he talks. Then season 3 started and I guess I kinda got used to him + he probably has gotten better over time. THEN I watched Hannibal last weekend and now he is back to giving me the whiny crybaby vibe.

On topic: Gotham is the one I'm most looking forward to watching each week of the current Marvel/DC TV series. Ben McKenzie and Penguin doing a great job.

Last episode was the strongest one so far, hands down. The ending was outstanding as well. Penguin has planned things out far better than I ever could have imagined.

I wish Barbara would have just stayed away like Gordon asked. A really mild complaint for an otherwise top notch hour of TV.

I also look forward a little bit to next week to seeing a bit of Alfred training Bruce. We see Alfred so much as an old man, its cool to maybe see a little bit of his background.

Great episode indeed! The gunfight sucked and Barbara is one of the most annoying characters in any show ever, but Penguin is just so good. I love his chemistry with Falcone, very excited to see what's next.
