I've heard the theory of Arya killing Jamie and completing the prophecy. It just doesn't make sense though. Jamie's story is one of redemption. He was a good guy (killed mad king) became a villain (bran, Ned) and has been on a redemption tour ever since. It would be very odd if he were killed, especially since Brienne knows the type of person he is now and has the trust of Sansa.

It makes more sense that he just kill Cersei himself to complete his arc of redemption and ultimately save the city/realm for a second time while taking the brunt of criticism as well... kingslayer, queenslayer, kinslayer, all while trying to save the realm.

Killing Jaime would make Arya antagonist though, which might be something GRRM/Showrunners want.

Yeah would be odd but the showrunners have a history of changing their minds last couple of seasons, where they intended Jamie to go a few seasons back and what they've decided to do with him now maybe 2 different things.

Saying Arya wouldn't kill Jaime because of his story arc doesn't make sense either. They did that to Ned, Stannis, Quentyn, etc.

Ned, Stannis and Quentyn are practically the exact same character and have no where near the type of arc Jamie has had

I can't imagine Arya killing Cersei so if she does go to KL I hope it isn't some kind of detour to kill time before linking up with Jon and Sansa or doing whatever it is she's eventually going to do.

I'm not sure the show has ever had a huge thing for ironic statements like the books, but maybe Sansa gives Jon the boot and Arya ends up killing the Queen in the north? Unlikely but would be interesting.

I imagine she meets up with Mel soon for whatever reason. Can't see her killing Cersei.

So how does Euron know exactly where on the high seas Yara is and that she has the Sand Snakes?

Look at a map. Dragonstone is like right next to Kings Landing

I got nothing for that other than dumb luck. Could be that he just wanted Yara and Theon. I'm sure it will be completely ignored in the show.

You'd think a dragon would be an effective aerial scout for a navy, too.

Pirating is not allowed and 2p2 does not condone it. The version I acquired (totally not torrented) also ended with the Nymeria scene. After finding a new one, I wish the episode had ended then.

So Dany's plan is to split her armies up as much as possible and not use her biggest weapon? k.

Yeah he just was a badass right before that, weird we're supposed to think of him as "cowardly" because he wasn't suicidal.

I generally hate the post episodes talks with D&D but I was really glad I watched it after this ep, I was bummed at first too, still am a little but, the scene was good imo.

Have a sneaking suspicion Theon will save Yara somehow.

No one gonna rejoice for the Arya/Hotpie reunion?

And Lol at Arya heading to Winterfell just as John's leaving.

And the Dany/Oleanna scene was very good. "Be a dragon."

I think Dany and Tyrion will split apart at some point over Danny's cruel methods.

And holy moly at Mesandie nekkid. Bangin' bod.

Spoiler:
Grey Worm has a nice butt, too.

Not much use in the dark though. On the other hand, it shouldn't matter how close the ports are, the sea is still too big to run into someone in the night.

The important thing with Jon leaving is he'll miss Bran getting back to Winterfell with the secret of his parentage. And I guess he'll miss Arya too.
