I was looking Euron up on wikia and found this at the start of his bio
Spoiler:

I'm considering reading the book if there's more of that in it.

meh, I know, I'm just extra-careful and maybe some people just want to read specific spoilers.

The only real way we can be sure he isn't reading the books is if he predicts one of the changes the show makes from the books. Seems to me that he's read the books though. People like to look smart.

I think putting stuff that shouldn't be in spoilers tends to condition people to clicking them and there eventually might be some TV spoiler stuff we do want to keep in spoiler text. People know the risks they're taking when reading this thread.

Re: Game of Thrones - BOOK SPOILERS ALLOWED

Dany's entrance seemed pretty off. Not sure why they did it that way.

Was excited to see who they cast for Roose Bolton, about time they introduced him too. I wonder if they are going to get him to Harrenhal at all, it seems like they are having Tywin fill in for RB to not confuse the viewers why she needs to escape from a Stark bannerman. This will probably serve to set up a more personal type of betrayal, although I'm curious how RB will ever get the opportunity to hear the plan to begin with now.

As a big fan of RB I think that's a shame as it takes away a lot of RB's cunning and pragmatism.

Edit: I suppose it's still possible he takes Harrenhal after Tywin moves for some reason. Not sure where they're going with this.

Re: Game of Thrones - BOOK SPOILERS ALLOWED

Tywin needs to go south to the Blackwater at the end of the season.

Its unclear if they will have weasel soup but im guessing it will follow next season anyway, like maybe this season Harrenhal just ends with Lorch in charge and so Gendry and Hot Pie agree with Arya that they need to escape when before they didnt care as Tywin was tough but fair. Its unclear how much they will adapt the Harrenhal story, they have cut the stage out where Arya was Weasel scrubbing floors but that was really minor anyway.

I think she has to escape harrenhal this season. I don't see why they'd push it out, since there isn't much TV content for her in book 3 (just a lot of travelling around).

I think that will probably be her last scene in this season is killing the guard at the gate and escaping with Gendry and Hot Pie.

There are 6 more episodes this season and she has to have scenes for the 2 Jaquen murders and freeing the Northmen that are captured there. That also leaves the couple of scenes she'll get being Tywin's cupbearer, the scene where the Northmen are delivered to Harrenhal and one where it's turned over to Roose Bolton.

I completey forgot that she was Roose's cupbearer and not Tywin's. I just went along with that scene thinking everything was perfectly normal, because the guy playing Tywin is so great.

I'd guess they'll do both the murders and the weasel stew in the same episode.

Re: Game of Thrones - BOOK SPOILERS ALLOWED

If they do weasel stew its gotta be the last ep of the season, which fits in nicely with the meta story where Stannis just got crushed so viewers think the Lannisters just won a crushing victory then BOOM they lose a key tactical position in the Riverlands to the bannermen of Robb so now the non-readers get to spend the time between seasons 2 and 3 thinking about how Robb is going to retake Winterfell from Theon and then crush the Lannisters in a pincer movement with Dany who will be sailing from Quarth to the west coast of Essos to prep to invade Westeros.

The murders have to come before if they are going for that pace, ep 7 and 8?

Re: Game of Thrones - BOOK SPOILERS ALLOWED

the murders will almost certainly be in the same episode.

she still has to escape harrenhal too. weasel stew + bolton in ep 9 (assuming there's room w/ blackwater) and arya/hotpie/gendry escaping towards the end of ep10
